Start Up Entrepreneur and eSports Gamer are Branches of the Tech Guru Career
The Sims 4's Tech Guru Career compliments two of the game's skills perfectly - both Video Gaming and Programming - by providing items that give off a Focused Aura, which is also the Ideal Mood for both Careers. Here's a Guide to the Rewards and bonuses you'll get for promotions, along with the requirements to get those promotions, starting with level 1-6, before the Career forces you to choose between eSports Gamer and Start Up Entrepreneur:

eSports Career Rewards feature the Motion Sensor Gaming Mat
As stated before, the eSports Gamer's Ideal Mood is Focused. You should at the very least Browse Simipedia before Work to get a Focused buff to aid in getting Promoted. All Rewards give off a Focused Aura (if activated), which will help you at home when Livestreaming and competing in Gaming Tournaments.

As stated before, the Startup Entrepreneur's Ideal Mood is Focused. Again, at least browse Simipedia from the Computer before Work to help you be in the right mood. The Rewards from this Career will help you while Programming, so long as you enable their Auras. Level your Sim's Charisma by purchasing a mirror and using 'Practice Speech' after brushing teeth to get Confident.

In my opinion, livestreaming is the most rewarding money grind you can do in Sims 4 - rivaled only by being a Writer with a lot of published bestseller books
1: move in with a family
2: build a pool
3:get all sims(except yours) to swim laps
4: remove ladder, build walls around pool so sims cannot escape
5: wait for all sims to die
6: once all sims are dead sell everthing including house, bulldoze the whole lot.
7: move in with other families and repeat stepsyou will inherit the families wealth and then will receive the money for all belongings. Thats the fastest way to make money.
If you mean the game...
but the careers are base game, meaning they come with the game so...its free and no need to download
It would be a dream if in real life Project Managers required programming skill knowledge.
