Great houseboat for a couple starting out . One bedroom , bath , open kitchen and living room .

Lot Size : 10x14
Cost Furnished : 50,246
Coast Unfurnished : 35,707

Expansions Used : Island Paradise - Pets - Late Night .
Stuff Packs Used : Town Life .

No CCs or Mods were used .
Feel free to use as you wish .

Note : After taking these photos , I've added wood to the ceilings . I didn't think the ceilings showed in my photos but it's obvious that it does . Ooops !

I really love the muted brown color scheme with red accents, and the use of the Town Life "bubble" window is an especially cute touch! Can't wait to see this in-game.  :) Thanks for this wonderful creation!

Enjoy ! I have an other one on the go . This one is the large square hull . Much more room for additional bedrooms and skill items .  :)

I love the interior decor and colour scheme! Is that one of the new IP patterns on the rug? I'm terrible at finding suitable patterns for rugs. You've done a lovely job!

I think the rug pattern is from Base Game . It`s shown in bright greens .Might be under themes , I`ll check when I go in-game today and let you know .  I just recolored it to suit the decor .  :)

I found it :) It is under themes. I'm pretty sure that it either came with IP or with the patch though. Or maybe MS - I only recently got that, too.
