I'm suprised by how much EA reduced the prices of these items! By almost half the original price, it's so worth these fictional "SimPoints" at these low prices. You could get so many more items if you only bought from the Daily Deals.  :D

I don't see them as fictional. A 20.00 purchase is 2,000 points right? So that's .01 per point. I see it as is it worth .50 cents (50 points)?  If they have something for 1,500 points it's 15.00.

I haven't posted this lately as it has been finished by the time I check in in the morning, but for once I caught the start of a daily deal - maybe I should check before i go to bed each night, they might start at different times.

Anyway today's deal is
Pearl Draped (ladies sweater)
35  points

I would think they would start at the same time for everyone. I'm on the east coast of the US and it starts at 9AM for me. Not a second sooner.  Look at the time for New York or Atlanta, same time zone as me, and then compare it to a city in your time zone.

I noticed that too.  It is 9am for me too.  I am having some more trouble with getting my stuff that I buy into my game.  The downloader must not respond to some things.  I bought the long pants and halter top and I could not get it into the game.  At least it is in my purchase history.  I have not had any problems with this downloader since the beginning.  I know there are a few more people that are having trouble too from what they are saying at the sims3 site.

Maybe it does start at the same time and just sometimes it is still going when I get up. That start was 11pm for me. I'm often in bed by then, so I guess that's why I miss it. It's just some mornings when I check, it has time left to run and other times it tells me there is no current one and when I check the latest ones, there are deals I never saw.

I don't have very good luck getting to those deals on time either and when I do, I already have it.  Always a day late and a dollar short, lol. ;D

Sometime when you are still up that late you should check and see if that's when it starts for you.  I know I have a shop on the Internet and the site that hosts it uses the world clock so when things happen it's a different time of day for people in different countries.  As in, they send me a bill on the 1st of the month, others might get theirs on the last day of the month.

Today there's new shoes for children, 10 points instead of however much they were. They're really cute.
