Cherry tree spawners

I couldn't find a topic on this, but anyways I've been looking for cherry trees. I've looked in the place where they are know to spawn (at the Springscape and the Landgraabs) but in several days nothing has spawned there. Any idea on how often chery trees spawn or has anyone seen them spawn in other locations?

It takes as long as it says in the gardening guide for them to actually grow and produce fruit. If you are level 7 gardening or higher you can take a cutting before then, but from memory it's about 60hours or something. Your sim will need to spend that amount of time in total in that area for them to continue to grow.

They also spawn in the Sylvan Glade. That's where my gardener got her cherry trees.
