I thought I'd pop in and mention how useful I have found this list. Thanks oshizu. I have even referenced it in some replies on the guide and every time I use it I keep think... "I must tell oshizu how useful this has been'!  :)

Thanks so much for the compliment @Playalot !
I personally like to compile gameplay-related info in an Excel file as I play, so it's all readily available.
Your kind comment encourages me to keep sharing.  :)

To this day, I'm still amazed that Filipino food is in an official expansion pack!

Hi! Thank you for this :)

I was wondering if it was possible to get the dishes from the food stalls without having a sim make them? I know a few very generous people have the base game items and dine out items in food collections on the gallery, but I'm not finding the food stall items. Is it just not possible, or would it be that it's too complicated given how long it takes to get the recipes unlocked?

@faithgr  It would take ages as a sim would need to eat all the items to unlock the recipes and then cook them at home. Not all the stalls are instantly available either so you'd have to wait until each vendor made an appearance in the game and it would take multiple times too probably. Or you could place the stalls and constantly hire vendors until your sim was finished eating.  Either way, it would still take ages. No wonder no one has done this yet!

Why are you wanting all the dishes in a room rather than just finding them in-game? Just curious.

That's what I figured :) Which makes sense. I don't play as often as others so until I'd read this thread I hadn't been aware that it was such a big task.

I am setting up a story line and wanted the items for a deli style shop to sell in display cases. I know others have placed the food stalls themselves in businesses, but it doesn't quite fit with what I'm trying to do. And my attention span isn't always the greatest, so that's why I was looking to see if there was a short cut or cheat in the game. Not a big deal though :) I can add the food items later as I go. Thanks for the reply!

@faithgr  It should be easy enough to at least get a few of the food types if you take sim to the Spice Festival, there are a few vendors there at the same time and of course the free samples. Maybe even enough for your shop.

Carl has a guide with the festival schedules here (click)

Just think tomorrow there will be a new food vendor for all those trying to max out their recipe collection.

@oshizu  seems now you can get the various Spices (Chili Powder $5, Curry $15 and maybe the others in rotation of RNG chance) at the Produce Stand. Not sure which patch introduced this but it's worth updating your list I think.

@Playalot
I did notice Wasabi (maybe) being sold at the Produce stand once and I know they're also sold at the Spice Festival.
To be honest, I haven't paid any attention to those spices after weeks of chasing around for wasabi months ago, because the food stall recipes can be prepared without them.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll be sure to check early next week.
If nobody's covered them yet, I also want to list the Selvadora food stall recipes and cantina drinks then, too.

Edited to add (04/18/2018): Every time I stop by the produce stall, I've only found wasabi...

Thank you very much for your help. I see everything except the produce stall in build mode. Where is that stall located at?

@nycblkboy   Pause your game and enter the cheat:

testingcheats on  followed by

bb.showhiddenobjects

Then go into build mode. In the build/buy search field search all for "Vegetables and Ingredients Stall'
