As a child, Meadow was always bringing home stray animals. She would find birds with broken wings and take them home and wrap them in a bandage. Then she would put them in a cage and take care of them until they could fly away and take care of themselves. Her biggest soft fault was for dogs and cats. At the age of five, she told her mother and father that she wanted to grow up to be a Veterinarian and own her on Clinic.

As the years passed and she grew up, the dream stayed in her heart. Two months before her graduation from high school. Her mother passed away from illness and a month later, her father passed from a broken heart. The Vinson's weren't a wealthy family by any means, but her mothers family hailed from Brindleton Bay. They had owned fishing fleets at one point but sold them after her mother was born. Sitting in the lawyer's office, he told her that when her mother married her father, she was given a plot of land in Brindleton Bay and the money in her trust fund. Her father didn't approve of the Vinson Family. He considered them "beneath them", Meadow's father did not come from "old" money or an "Upstanding Family".

After all the medical bills had paid, the estate settled and sold. The lawyer had taken his fees, all Meadow had left was her great grandfathers family armor, the deed to the land in Brindleton Bay, and §10,000. So she packed her bags, booked a flight from Bridgeport for her and her puppy Muffin to Brindleton Bay.

Meadow: It's not much girl, but it's a roof over our head. I'm left with §2000 in my bank account. I'll start tomorrow and see about starting a small garden or something. Come on and eat dinner girl.

Meadow: *deep in thought* I am going to make this happen. I will find a way to make the money to get a small piece of land and start building my own Vet clinic. I know it will take time, but I can do it. I want something to pass down to my children. Something they can be proud of, something that my mother or father's family had nothing to do with.

Well, I do have a fondness for Shih-Tzu's. Muffin was our first one. I miss her so much. She would have been 17 yrs old. The next family Shih Tzu in game with be our Jojo.

As the sun was up over the docks, it was the perfect time to head to down to see what was going on.

Vendor: Yes ma'am, we have the freshest fish in all the Bay. Best time is to come by in the mornings right after the boats unload.

Muffin has a fascination with the refrigerator. A lot of times, she just stands there and stares at it.

Meadow: Muffin, there is nothing outside. Please stop baking.

Muffin and Fiona seem to be getting along pretty good so far. Sometimes I catch them playing together.

Meadow: Okay Muffin, good girl. That's enough fetching for today. You are doing great.

Fiona is down at the little beach, stalking her prey.

Now she is ready to pounce. Her victims stand by without a care in the world.

All the seagulls have flown away, but Fiona has gathered her prize. A few gulls left featherless.

After Fiona returned with the feathers, Meadow decided to nap on the bay window seat...

@oshizu when she starts looking for a guy, who should she look at? I need a few suggestions.

I love looking for random townies as possible spouses.
If I were you, I'd go visit the vet clinic a few times to see who works there. Maybe you can find someone with nice traits who already has some veterinarian skill, hehe.
Is she going to get a job? I guess so, since you're doing a Pinstar Legacy? Or will she be running the vet clinic?

I think it's always great to have a scientist spouse for Gen1 because...cloning. So, if you go with a premade for a scientist, pick someone with the Genius trait (nobody? lol)
If all that doesn't matter, pick J Huntington III because I think they would look cute together.

Haha, after typing all that, I think it would be cool if Meadow hung out a bit in Brindleton Bay to see what new townies spawn.
A dog-loving spouse would be awesome!

After some breakfast, it was time for a little nap. So everyone went back to bed.

Meadow: Now it's time to do a little stretching to get the blood flowing. Then I'm heading into the city for a little produce shopping.

Back home, Muffin had been at the beach digging up a present for Meadow and was in much need of a bath.

Meadow: Ewww, you really stink this time. Why do you go off digging in the dead fish?

Muffin: *whines*

Meadow: Hang on, almost done now.

Muffin went outside to find Fiona, but it was time for Fiona's vet visit.

Meadow: All checked in for a quick checkup girl and then a little procedure.

The vet took Fiona back for a checkup and everything was good. So she was ready for her next appointment.

Fiona was getting fixed. No little kitties for this cat.

I don't think she is a little confused as to watch happen.

But the poor thing is ashamed of the cone as she moves out of the surgery room.

Meadow: It's fine girl. Just a little well checkup for you.

Vet: Now, Let's just make sure you are comfortable and we will check your breathing.
