A Townie Dynasty with Leeway: Ferdinand? (04/21)
« Reply #315 on: April 21, 2018, 11:20:50 PM »

6.47: Ferdinand?

Week 33/Sunday

Bull: Our fourth free day ends near midnight tonight.
As usual, I'm here writing novels. I plan to give them to Guaca during the last free day.

He can't take them with him when he moves out, of course.
But at Writing 3, he can publish them right before moving out.
Plus I'll be mentoring him so he'll be close to mastering Writing anyway.
When it comes to simoleons, a new household can use all the help it can get!

Do you mind if I brag a little about Ramiro?
He's not just a smexy beast. He's also a loving husband and attentive father.
Not only all that, but he cleans autonomously.

Guacamo and his A grade made quick work of Whiz Kid on Friday, so he'll soon finish Rambunctious Scamp.
Paize will earn her A later this week to finish Whiz Kid.
She'll finish Rambunctious Scamp in no time during our last free day, we hope.

I've asked all the adults in the house to finish mastering any high-level skills during this free day.
That will let me better control when the last free day begins.
They each mastered at least one skill, with Deft also completing Freelance Botanist.

With over 10k satisfaction points, Deft buys the Never Weary reward.
I wonder how useful that will be for us going forward.

Guacamo: When I start Social Butterfly, I'm surprised how many kids my age are around.
I try playing Don't Wake the Llama to befriend them but the process is too slow for me.
So I end up befriending three of them one at a time.

Ramiro: I quit my job this afternoon. I'm sure I'll enjoy chilling at home with Bull.
Mama Iconica and I spend the day checking out the two fishing spots in our hood.

Unru: I've spent the day pampering Scamp and playing video games.
Before gaming with me, nephew Deft mentored Paize in logic a bit.

Also, I received my first notice from Grim this morning.
If Ramiro can quit working due to his skimpy work outfit, I can certainly retire because I'm old!

Guacamo: I finish my fourth aspiration near the end of our free day.
For my second adult friend, I pick Ricardo Duran.

Did you hear the news about Grandpa Ralph? He passed away at home last Friday.
Papa immediately retrieved Grandpa's urn then had Ricardo and his dad move into an empty house.

Monday

Iconica: I didn't know we could play a platform game on the video gaming console.
Unru: Well, I'm Video Gaming 7 so I can. But your only Level 4, so you can't.
Iconica: Oh, so it's only available from Level 7! The setting looks so familiar….
Unru: Yep, I read somewhere it's inspired by Sims 3 World Adventures.

Bull: Brother Deft brings home a promotion this evening to Scientist 8. (1 point)
I take everyone who's not sleepy with me to Desert Bloom Park for a few hours.

Watcher urges me to introduce myself to this teen named Eden Ray.
Apparently, she's been around since my great-great grandpa Cirius Lee lived at Yuma Heights.
She's not a vampire and she's a music-loving insider, so I invite her to the club for now.

Tuesday

Iconica: This morning, Unru and I dye each other's hair to a salt-and-pepper shade.
It's like we're teens again, giggling and fixing each other's hair, sharing secrets.
She's been a comforting presence to me since Ralph passed away.

Unru: I received my second notice today, sis. It won't be long now.

I master Handiness this morning while upgrading the new dishwasher to Unbreakable. (3 points)
This is only the fourth skill I've maxed since moving here three weeks ago.
We're rich enough to replace anything that breaks and my clubmates are pretty adept at repair by now.
Still, before Guacamo takes over, I'd like to upgrade our most-used appliances to reduce breaking.

Paize: Today, I'm the one wearing the rainbow and sun over my head!
That's because I bring home an A which also completes my Whiz Kid aspiration. (6 points)

Bull: Finally, a night all to ourselves, Ramiro! And this is a special place for the Lees.
Ramiro: Is that so? Why special?
Bull: My great-great-great-grandmother Liberty Lee and her husband Akira Kibo had their first date here.
Since then, I'm the first Lee heir to bring their spouse here for a date!

Bull: I know I get busy and don't tell you this every day, Ramiro.
But thanks to you, I've never been happier.
I'm erratic and evil--I'd never imagined that I'd have one of this dynasty's happiest marriages.

Ramiro: And I was just an inconsequential sim who you met in passing at Selvadorada.
And now you and I live with our children and your family in a lovely house in Brindleton Bay.
Life couldn't be more perfect!

Bull: Yup, all that plus a gold-medal date! (7 points)

Wednesday

Iconica: My sister Unru passed away quietly in our bedroom this afternoon.
By the time I discover she's gone, all that's left is an urn.

Bull: Assuming Deft would earn a promotion today, I hire a butler. (6 points)
Deft: I was so close, darn it! Definitely tomorrow!

Thursday

Bull: "Share Vampire Knowledge" is such a powerful social!
I've practically maxed out Guaca's Vampire Lore without him lifting a finger!
Guaca: I'm Level 14 already!

Paize: Three more days! Just three more days and we'll be teenagers!
I better go remind Papa to write us excuse notes for school tomorrow!

Oh and Uncle Deft gets promoted to Scientist 9 this evening and the butler stays. (6 points)

Friday

Ramiro: The kids are at school, Deft's at work, and your mother is napping.
Are you thinking what I'm thinking, Bull?
Bull: You quitting your job was the best idea, ever!

Incidentally, we love our current butler! (5 points)
Besides usual butler stuff, she occasionally even mentors Guaca when he plays the violin.

Ramiro: Look, Bull! "Someone" switched my sportswear to this outfit? Who would do something like that?
Bull: Um, not me! Why would you think I had anything to do  with that? I'm too busy writing!

Bull: Later, I notice Aarohi gesturing at Ricardo while he plays chess. Hmmmmm….
I try playing chess myself and learn that Aarohi can mentor Logic.

She's useful but still a bit dodgy…and also our club's first lifetime member (for now).
Oh! We become good friends while she's mentoring me! (6 points)
Thanks to Aarohi, I also master Logic. Wooooo! (8 points)

Saturday

Iconica: I'm sorry I couldn't spend more time with you in Granada Place, Scamp!
So many things were going wrong there. You and Gent were so unhappy, I know.
I'm glad I have a second chance to show you that I care.
Scamp: Awwww, shucks. You took the time to learn to craft Age-Down Treats for me!
Don't think I haven't appreciated that. <3

Iconica: I've had a good life. Thanks for sharing it with me, Scamp!

Scamp: Iconica passes away not long afterward, looking forward to reuniting with her cherished Ralph.
She was a sim beloved by all. Rest in peace, dear friend.

Guaca: I hope you've still got those saddle bags, Scamp!
Cuz once I'm the heir, the two of us are going to have a little adventure!
Scamp: As an adventurous dog, I'm always up for more adventure!

Guaca: Of course, we'll have to wait until I've made some progress with my aspiration.
I'll need to finish my museum stuff, too. Then we'll be off!
Scamp: Yeeesssss!!!! *pumps paw

Week 34/Sunday

Bull: I've kept the butler on because she's the best of the bunch.
So she's helped out around the house both yesterday and today. (6 points)

Last night, I earn another point in my designated skill to reach Vet 7. (7 points).
Then I consecutively master Painting and Cooking in time to start our last free day at 5:30 pm. (11 points)
Paize: Perfect! That gives me two hours to finish up Rambunctious Scamp before our birthday!

Bull: So instead of showing you images of me skilling, I leave you with this instead.
It's my last walk with Scamp as the active heir.
Once this last free day is over, Guacamo becomes the controlled sim.

Scamp: You rocked as the Gen6 heir, Bull!

Wow, can't believe Bull is done as heir already!  Seems so unreal!  RIP Unru and Iconica!  You will be missed.

Scamp pumping his paw was delightful, but Scamp narrating us through the passing of Iconica and giving her eulogy was just somehow very right.  We'll be able to keep Scamp around forever with the age down treats, right?
Aarohi just lingering there was rather creepy, but glad that she's turned into such an excellent randomly immortal helper!
Paize is still my favorite, and I sometimes forget that Guaca is the heir...or that he exists...

RIP Ralph Unru and Ironica, but congratulations to Bull on finishijgbhis heirship.

Also in sim years scamp must be verging on 150 now, he's lived nearly 2 generations :O

@Shewolf13
Compared to all the bugs and curveballs the game threw at Iconica at Granada Place, Bull's reign sailed really smoothly.
Bull married his sweetheart, he and Ramiro have good children, nobody passed or wet themselves...it was an exceptional generation, lol.

@PeregrineTook
Iconica was often complaining about Scamp and Gent was she was heir, so I was happy to see her interacting more with Scamp at this house.
And, yes, every heir since Jet Lee (Gen4) reaches Level 7 Veterinarian in order to craft the Age-Down Treats.
I'm not sure what to make of Aarohi--for some reason, I don't trust her, hahaha. It might just be the way she looks at sims.
Paize is even prettier as a teen! She neglected to bathe for two days, though, hehe.

RIP Ralph Unru and Ironica, but congratulations to Bull on finishijgbhis heirship.
Also in sim years scamp must be verging on 150 now, he's lived nearly 2 generations :O
@wa-wa-world
Bull's generation seemed so easy compared to Iconica's! Her time was really torture!
It was Merri Lee (Gen3 heir) who first adopted Scamp, so Scamp's been alive for three generations now.
If I ever finish this challenge, I think I'll miss Scamp the most!

Feels like you speeded though Bull. He is/was a great heir.
Since Iconica Lee's time, I've switched to seven updates per heir--two chapters for the 13-day teen stage, then one chapter leading up to each of the five free days.
It's not a speed run but I'm not taking extra time for storytelling, either.
Bull has been really lucky--he actually married someone he loved instead of marrying "for the house," lol.
I like Bull and Ramiro so much that they're going to move with their son. :D  (Paize and Scamp, too!)

A Townie Dynasty with Leeway: These Boots Are Made for Guac'ing
« Reply #321 on: April 23, 2018, 12:43:39 AM »

No Selvadorada this update.
This image merely garnishes my silly pun on an ancient song by Nancy Sinatra. Honk if you recognize it.

7.48: These Boots Are Made for Guac'ing

Week 34/Sunday

Bull: I hope you don't mind that I continue narrating until the end of our free day. *smiles shyly
Ramiro and I light up the cakes as soon as Paize gets that Key Commander high score.
The kids are both so excited about becoming teenagers.

Tada!

Here's our seventh-generation heir over the years.
Half of me feels sad that the Lee genes seem to have gone by the wayside.
But the other half feels glad that Guaca resembles my handsome Ramiro so closely.

To Guaca's Perfectionist trait, he adds Ramiro's Active trait and the Music Genius aspiration.
Guaca starts his teen years at Level 7 Violin and Level 4 Piano.
So we hire that awful nanny to mentor Guaca until both skills are Level 8.
Song-writing takes forever but it gets done predictably.

To Paize's Active trait, she adds my Erratic trait (poor thing) and the Fab Wealthy aspiration.
Watchette forgot that traits must be rolled but aspirations can be freely chosen.
Because she'd rolled Angling Ace for Paize, we'd all been frantically fishing in our free time.
Can you believe Ramiro and I are already Fishing 8 and Paize reached Fishing 6 as a child?
Sorry! *coughs

All's well now. Paize insta-completes Fab Wealthy and Mansion Baron then starts Nerd Brain.
No need to make this challenge harder than it already is, right?

Monday

I've asked Ramiro to learn to cook during the free day.
Left to his own devices, he'll spend all his time on his treadmill, hehe.
Our kids' young adult birthday coincides with Ramiro's elder birthday.
I've had a pool built out back and hope he embraces swimming as his new hobby.

Since Deft has almost mastered Handiness, he pulls out our ole trusty camping statue from family inventory.
No time to vacation in Granite Falls on a free day!
Me, I craft a half-dozen Age-Down Treats then work on leveling Wellness.

Bull: We all pitch in to build a rocket ship for Paize (except Guaca who's at school).
Just in time for Paize to complete her five space missions before our free day ends.
She's queued up five repairs for after the free day, too.
Paize is literally swimming in satisfaction points now.
And I manage to master Wellness. Free fertility massage, anyone?

Our free day is over. Farewell, folks! It's been real!
*steps down from the role of active heir

Guaca: This won't be a thrilling week, since I've started the "Compose Four Songs" slog.
But, while writing my first song, I receive a text from that elderly nanny.
Now, why does she think I'd be interested in going with her to a "crazy party"?
No wonder she's actively disliked by teenage boys! Even Scamp finds her cringe-worthy!

You know, I already bought Marketable and Creative Visionary during the free day!
Maybe I'll skip the song-writing for now and get started on my museum stuff.

Tuesday

Guaca: Uncle Deft aged up to an elder three days ago on Saturday.
Since Papa was pregnant for 3 days, he waits 72 hours after that to cake up.
Happy adult birthday, Papa! Looking good, Billy Ray!

Scamp: What is with you folks!
You are obscenely rich yet you don't buy me a pool until this past weekend?!
Guaca: Hey, you're complaining to the wrong Lee!
I didn't have any decision-making power until Sunday night!

Guaca: Y'all haven't seen much of this side of my evil, erratic Papa.
I catch him beating the living daylights out of poor Ruffy Schnugglekins.

That Scamp! He runs away within 24 hours after our free day ended!

Wednesday

Scamp returns while I'm at school.
He looks filthy and flea-infested but not at all sorry for making everyone sad.

Speaking of filthy, Paize is having trouble looking after her own needs.
I'm surprised she still needs an adult to tell her when to shower or sleep!
Why won't she bathe?
She has access to one shower upstairs, one shower on the ground floor, and two showers downstairs.

Guaca: How could you run off like that! I told you I need to take care of my museum things.
I've even stopped working on my aspiration so I'll be free earlier.
Scamp: I can't help it. Nobody was paying attention to me. Iconica's gone. Unru's gone.
You're busy. I was just feeling sorry for myself, I guess.

Guaca: Well, snap out of it or I won't take you traveling with me!
Scamp (gasps): You wouldn't!

Uncle Deft earns his last promotion and comes home an Extraterrestrial Explorer!
Too late for this household but I'll be eventually inviting him to live with me after I move out.
Not right away, but eventually.

Thursday

Bull: How did you do it? Your Deft portrait alone is worth more than all nine of my portraits!
Guaca: Papa, Watchette wasn't paying attention with everything going on at Granada Place.
You did your museum stuff first, then your aspiration second.
That's why you couldn't buy Marketable and Creative Visionary traits.
Bull: Oh…..

Guaca: I really tried to finish all eight portraits before leaving for school this morning.
But I'm almost ready to start "ze collection"! Yay! *runs off to school

Friday

Scamp: Now this is what I'm talking about, Guaca!
More hugs! More treats! More walks!

Guaca: Whose idea was it for me to carve pumpkins for my collection?
They take two hours each and are worth hardly anything!
Can you believe that I just lost two hours of my precious life to carve an $84 pumpkin?

Saturday

I stay holed up with my pumpkin carving station listening to latin music.
Meanwhile, life goes on without me.
Papa turned his clubs over to me during the last free day but I hardly know my clubmates!

Week 35/Sunday

A collection of carved pumpkins is worth much less than, say, space prints or even microscope prints.
And did I say that they take forever to carve?
You can tell that even our watcher grows impatient--she's bought me a second carving station.

But my collection is complete at last. Finally!
My eight portraits are worth $26,905.
My ten carved pumpkins are worth $2,531.
Oh well, at least my museum contributions are worth more than Papa's.

Bull: Hey, stop flaming my portraits! I'm the one who brought you here to the museum, remember?

Bull: Let's sit and chat a while before going home, son. You've been holed up for days!
I've hardly seen you since Monday evening!

Guaca: I'd like that, Papa. I have some ideas about how I'd like to spend my last week.
My young adult birthday's in six more days, you know!
Would you let me know if I'm covering all my bases?
Bull: Sure, Guaca. Go ahead and run your plans by me.

Remarks

*In this rather boring update, not much happened with Guaca, our Gen7 Lee heir.
With his museum submission, however, we're 70% done with this challenge!
*Guaca has 2-3 more days of errands, then Jungle Dawg is ready to leap back into action
*Guaca has definite plans about who he wants to marry and where he'll be living.

Guaca is lovely, so much Ramiro in him but I find that refreshing that after 6 generations the sims do not look like the first generation, even though its fun to have some traits show though.
Again your museum is lovely!

And that's just what they'll do
One of these days these boots are gonna
Guac all over you

Lovely update, even if you found it boring.  I can relate.  Gen 8 for my IDC has precious little actively happening.  However, you had the advantage of being able to show off how lovely Paize is!  Oh, and Guac's nice too.   ;=)
Looking forward to more Jungle Dawg adventures!!

Recognizes song and *honks*

Congrats to Bull for finishing up and handing the reins over to Guaca.  I can't wait to see who Guaca has chosen to marry (and where they will live).  And of course, I'm looking forward to more Jungle Adventures.

I hope Guaca's household runs as smoothly as his father's.  With an "erratic" sister and father as uncontrolled Sims, things could get interesting.  ;)

Yep, yep, it's Guaca's time now! We got lucky with those portraits! Everyone posed really nicely! :D

I agree that it's so nice how Guaca looks so much like Ramiro. The only thing about him that resembles Bull is perhaps his mouth and jawline.

Lol, I knew I could count on you to identify it! XD   Yeah, sometimes it's just too hard to conceal the slogging required by challenge sims, hehe.
Unfortunately, Paize didn't make much of an appearance this next update. But I'm planning a future update entirely from Paize's perspective.

Recognizes song and *honks*

Thanks so much for your supportive comments! Your curiosity about Guaca's future will soon be partially satisfied.
I am feeling optimistic about Guaca's reign as the Gen7 heir! I think that Granada Place lot might have been cursed! haha
And thanks for the honk! XD

A Townie Dynasty with Leeway: My Name Is Not Salsa (2-Part Update/Part 1)
« Reply #327 on: April 23, 2018, 10:20:21 PM »

7.49: My Name Is Not Salsa

Week 35/Sunday

Caleb: Welcome, my offspring Bull!
Bull: Yo!
Caleb: So you've gone and married that blond Selvadoradan but you bring me your son as my bride?
Bull: Um, no?

Caleb: Remind me what your name is, boi. Salsa Lee?
Guaca: Not quite. It's Guacamo. Guacamo Lee. And I already have a bride in mind.
I need your help to turn my future son-in-law.

Guaca (clears throat): I'm feeling really nervous, Papa. Have you met her?
Bull: Nope. Your great-grandfather Jet Lee turned her. That was before my time.
Guaca: Well, okay. Here goes nothing.

Guaca: I've been looking forward to meeting you, Kari. My name's Guacamo Lee.
I'm an active perfectionist, but I'm gaining the vegetarian trait on Saturday.
Kari: Aaaah, so you're the reason I've lived on all these years! You're the next heir!
I'm a creative, materialistic vegetarian. I'd say we're pretty compatible, Salsa!

Guaca: Not Salsa...it's Guacamo. You can call me Guaca for short.
Anyway, I'm so glad you're not active nor erratic...

Scamp: Dude, you're meeting your future bride for the first time.
Why are you asking her to help you with your homework?
Guaca: Sssshhhh, I'm helping her build her parenting skill, okay?

Guaca (internally): Awesome! She's cute and she has great traits! I can really like her!
Kari: So, Salsa, when are you going to cure me of vampirism?
Guaca (sigh): My name is not Salsa. And I'll be curing you soon. In two days or so.

Kari: Awwww, we're good friends already!
Guaca: It's strange but I feel like I've known you for years, even though we just met.
Kari: That's exactly how I feel, Salsa!

Guaca: Kari, be honest now. Do you have an ex-boyfriend named Salsa?
Kari: What do you mean? I've never had a boyfriend in my life…
Guaca: Right answer! Okay, I better go home and check up on my fam. See you soon!

Monday

Ricardo: This house is so peaceful when only Bull and Ramiro are home.
The Lees are good people and I'm flattered they've chosen me to marry into their family.
I'm sure Guaca's daughter will be gorgeous. Uh, after he gets married and, erm, has a daughter.

If only they'd come and do something about the house where Father and I live now…

Tuesday

Guaca: I transform into a vampire as soon as I get back from school.
Remind me never to laugh at a vampire's dark form again! Ugh!

Kari: Wow, Ricardo! You and your father actually live here?!
Guaca: Dude, isn't this the Chateau Frise home where the Delgatos used to live?
I'd heard their crib was all kitted out!
Ricardo: It used to be. When the last Delgato passed away, all their stuff vanished, too.

Guaca: That's too bad, man! Don't you worry!
When the Gen8 heir is old enough, we will get you all set up!

Guaca: Until then, be sure to stay out of the sunlight, okay?
Ricardo: *mumbles incoherently
Kari: Who the heck coordinates these dark forms anyway?

Guaca: Hopefully, Ricardo is the last spouse prospect who requires turning.
After leaving Ricardo safely indoors at his home, Kari and I return to my place.
It feels good to be human again!

Kari: You're telling me! I've been a vampire for the past three generations.
Um, you're not going to turn me back like your dad did to Charity, right, Salsa?
Guaca: My name is not Salsa. Sheesh!

Wednesday

Look at my wonderful Papa, all sparkly in Full Parent Mode!
He's been mentoring me in Writing for the past few hours.
Despite how busy I've been, I've made sure to be within range of three positive character value traits.
I'm hoping Papa can finish Super Parent on my young adult birthday.

Scamp: Jungle Dawg is finally back in Selvadorada with his minion Guaca.
It's too late for exploring tonight.
My minion and I hang out at our villa and become good friends.

Thursday

JD: I can't believe you slept in so late, dawg!
Guaca: It's my vacation yo! Sleeping in is part of the package!

JD: Let's try this arch that was locked the last time I visited with your dad.
Guaca: It's just a crashed plane and a single treasure chest. Nothing special.

JD: Well there are three dig sites around the plane. Don't forget to excavate those.
Guaca: Duh!
JD (takes a deep breath): Aaaaah, this is the life! *grins

JD: Hey Guaca!
Guaca: Wut?
JD: After you finish Musical Genius, you should start Jungle Explorer! *prances

JD: Hey Salsa!
Guaca: Wut? And my name is not Salsa. That's not even funny!
JD: After we move to Willow Creek, we should come here every weekend!

JD: Just as Guaca clears the path to the temple, I age up to an elder.
Guaca: Luckily for you, I brought a few Age-Down Treats that Papa crafted.
JD: Thanks!
Guaca: Our path to the temple is cleared. Let's return to the villa and rest until tomorrow.
Ageing up then ageing back down must be exhausting for you, JD!

Friday

JD: In the morning, Guaca phones to invite his father to Selvadorada.
Then, whaddya know, he takes a nap until Bull arrives.

Bull: Why didn't you just invite me along in the first place?
Guaca: I only learned how to "establish dig sites" late yesterday afternoon.
So now we can excavate together in the temple!
JD: Nom nom nom.

JD: Guaca makes 2-3 mistakes when activating triggers but nothing serious.
In fact, this temple run is way easier than when Bull first came here with Deft!

JD: By late afternoon, Guaca has stopped excavating all together. Slacker!
Guaca: Am not! I reached Archaeology 9 already.
I'm saving that last level for after I move!

JD: And with the help of the Jungle Dawg, Guaca finishes exploring the temple!
Bull: Well, if you won't be excavating anymore, we might as well go home tonight!

Saturday

Ramiro: Today, we celebrate three birthdays.
In the afternoon, I age up to an elder. Ouch, my back!

Guaca: And in the evening, Paize and I age up to young adults!
To Perfectionist and Active, I add the Vegetarian trait.
I also earn the Good Manners, Responsible, and Emotional Control traits.
Bull: Hey! I just completed my Super Parent aspiration and became a Role Model!

Paize: To Active and Erratic, I add the Unflirty trait. Gee thanks!
I also earn the Responsible trait. Alas, the tragic fate of an uncontrolled spare!

Stay tuned for next time when Guaca woos, weds, and moves in with Kari Alonzo!

The Current State of the Lees' Simverse

I thought I'd share some maps showing how the Lee's simverse was set up and what's going on with Guacamo Lee's simverse at this point in time.

Willow Creek

This hood has only undergone five changes at this challenge's start:
* Creekside Smooth replaced The Blue Velvet and The Luxe Health Club replaced the original gym.
* The Commodious Residence, Chez LLama, and La Bovine were added.
* The current resident of The Commodious Residence is, of course, Kari Alonzo (future Gen7 spouse).

Oasis Springs
* The Cadenza Lounge replaced The Solar Lounge.
* The Lost Gardens of Healing and Oasis Springs Dust Bowl were added.
* The young adult Mario Bello has been cured of his vampirism.

Newcrest
* Except for the Widow's Watch residential lot, all the additional lots in Newcrest are community venues.
* They include the museum, Park & Play, Vital Climb Gym, Perfect Balance Spa, Point & Click photo studio, Shimuzu Restaurant, Vital Vet Clinic, and Llama Land Library.

Windenburg
* Only the Tudor Bungalow residence was added to Windenburg Countryside.
* The adult vampire Charity Bjergsen, daughter of Sofia Bjergsen, is presently a future spouse candidate.

San Myshuno
* No changes to San Myshuno at all.
* Cured of his vampirism, the handsome Dr. Evan Hayashi at Ye Olde Salt House is no longer a spouse candidate.

Forgotten Hollow
* No changes made to this neighborhood at all.
* Neither Vlad Straud nor Caleb Vatore is a spouse candidate at present.

Brindleton Bay
* Two residences--Our Cozy House and Kingscote Hall--and the Seaside Stories library were added to this neighborhood.
* Duran Duran currently live on the Chateau Frise lot. You've just read about Ricardo Duran in the previous update.
* We go to great lengths to keep Scamp happy and he would love the Cavalier Cove area.

So that's it.
Since we're only allowed to place community lots and 5 residential lots at the start of this challenge, I erred on the side of excess.
There are at least 5-6 community venues I added that I've yet to visit and probably never will before this challenge ends or fails. (Knock on wood!)
Where possible, I've replaced older venues with newer versions of the same venue category.

There are currently eight occupied residences in this simverse.
This number needs to drop to seven before I can move an unplayed homeless household into a residential lot.
Since Guacamo Lee (Gen7 heir) already has a spouse in mind, however, we are only in need of two more spouses (Gen8 and Gen9).

Hope this wasn't too much information, hehe. Thanks for reading!

Ferdinand! Because he's a Bull, but he's peaceful and loveable! Bull is totally my fave, and I'm going to miss him a lot. He's been such a fun heir.
The Salsa thing is just cracking me up. Poor guy! Not even his future lady love can get it right. I mean, come on guys. Both are delicious with tortilla chips, but Salsa and Guacamole are completely different dips. Get it straight! :)
So happy to see Jungle Dawg back in action! He never looks happier or more at home than when prancing across that rope bridge in Selvadorada.
Loved the tour of the world, too! Very interesting to see how your strategy started out.
