Awww, Stud lives up to his name ^^ He's a darling. I love that Scamp got his beach house and gets to go on walkies now.
@Shewolf13 Haha, it's always such a disappointment when that kid who was an adorable toddler then a gorgeous child ages up into an unattractive teen! Got my fingers crossed for Stud Lee, though! Scamp's living the life this generation!

@Tynynounours This has been such a good generation so far, it almost scares me.
For long challenges, I prefer to alternate the heir's gender rather than leaving it to chance. It's add more variety to my dynasty sims.

An heir only lives in a house from conception to their YA birthday, though Merri Lee was an exception.
That's just 5-1/2 weeks, so I did very little remodeling besides what you see below and the additional basement floor.
I loaded a new file to take a shot of the original house to see how it was furnished.
You can see there are formal and informal living rooms and areas for both formal and casual dining.
As you can see, I walled off both the formal dining room (for an Inspired Studio) and the informal living room (for a Focused Room).
The house now has a second toilet and a shower on the first floor (plus 2 toilets/2 showers in the basement).
The Vet Office is now a nursery because raising toddlers on the first floor is easiest. On the second floor, I created a new room for Ricardo's authorial activities.
The Music Space is for Virtua's clubmates to have fun. The Microscope area is locked to everybody except Bubb Lee (because I'm a control freak).
My file feels like it's getting rather bloated by now, so I added minimal décor.
Stud is already now getting the ladies attention? Thats the way to do it.
Btw. its not a curse, i think the redheads are cute 
@LenaLJ I wanted Stud to interact with Eden Ray before Virtua removed from her club.
But I feel so bad about Virtua's rushed date that I wanted to try something different for Stud but their age difference is too big now, lol.
Haha, with all the redheads, I thought my game might have contracted a case of Pippin-itis. *winks
That's a pretty girl for some kismet; hopefully, everything works out and she doesn't turn out to be just eyecandy as a spouse.

The lavender girl, Eden, will be capable of some serious mentoring, I believe, due to belonging to the Lee's main club for two generations.
Until I'd moved Eden into a house recently, she'd been an immortal teen in this save file for since the second generation. I figure she's hung around this long for a reason…
The house looks great! And Virtua's helpers are actually helping. 
Stud and his red-haired sidekick are both adorable, and the future spouse is lovely. It's probably just the hair and the skin color, but Eden reminds me of a combination of Liberty and Merri.

Though I've been using the "rainbow skintone" custom content in this challenge, Eden will be second rainbow spouse after Merri Lee's mother.
Eden will also become the final spouse in this game, if nothing goes wrong.
So during her makeover, I gave her the same heir as the founder Liberty Lee.
