Can I start new game in new city in Sims 3 Base Game?
There is only one city called Sunset Valley, is there a way to open new cities?

Again, you need to just type without adding anything to your script.

You can download the town of Riverview for free from the Sims 3 official site. If you want to spend the money, you can also buy Barnacle Bay, Hidden Springs, Lunar Lakes, Lucky Palms, Sunlit Tides, or Monte Vista (20 - 30 USD each).

You can get the Forum's Union Cove for free on the first page of the guide.

There are also worlds available on the exchange.

To add to Marion's suggestions, there are a couple of worlds linked on the Swap Shop. Some are on the exchange, some are on other websites. Also, if you are feeling creative, you could build your own world in the Create A World tool from the official website.
