Cute little wild bird my sim found, can't remember the name right off.



My sim teaching the African Grey to talk.  She found it by her house.  It is adorable to watch them interact.  I can't believe how real these animals look, it is amazing.

I can't buy my own copy of Pets, yet. So in the meantime, I would be very, very grateful if somebody could please post a picture(s) of a Sims 3 hedgehog.

That wild bird looks like some bizarre hybrid of an owl and a bluejay.

I think it is called a Sixom, not sure.  I was startled to see it and had to take a shot of it.  Too bad you can't tame this one.

Actually Salty, you can probably pick it up just like the African Grey but your Sim may not have high enough hidden skill, if that's what you meant. 

Awesome finds.  I saw a falcon last night that looked like a recolored pigeon but it was really dark in the game so I didn't bother to screenshot it.

Well, the African Grey, she had two choices, watch or befriend.  With the other bird, it just had watch and she did for a while and it never gave me the other option to befriend, but might try it again.  They don't seem to go away, they just stay in one spot, so maybe that is a sign she can befriend it eventually, would be a cute little pet though.

I have a few. First meet Katherine my sim, Starburst my mare, Nova the kitten and Hunter the doggie. 

Starburst decided it was a good time (2:00AM) to roll on the grass. It's cute because my RL horse Spirit does that.

Umm.... I was back in the '80s, and now you know pretty much how old I am. I have to admit I haven't seen the new show.
