The Sims Store

For some reason I am unable to download anything from the Sim Store or the Exchange. This includes patches or updates. Also, whenever I try to log into my player profile in game, it says connection to the server was lost. I spoke to someone from EA who gave me a patch to download, but that did not fix the problem. Could someone please help??

Many people have had trouble with those sites lately. Trying a different browser is a good first suggestion, which one do you normally use? Also, try deleting your browser history and all cookies related to the Sims 3 website, that may help.

The Sims3 site was down for maintainence last night so maybe it will be better.  I have been noticing the pages load slowly.
