I don't have Late night, showtime or master suite, BUT I think I may just have to download it anyway! I love so many things about it!

Where is yours placed?

You can still download it. The things you don't have will be replaced with things you do have. Late Night was used for furniture, master Suite was the bathrooms. The most important one to have is Generation for the spiral stairs as they are placed in the corner of a room. Showtime was only used for one item which is a pull-up exercise bar. This house was built by the river in Hidden Springs.

I like this one! The layout is simple but works very well, and the interior design looks good too.

Thanks Korva. I tend to like spacious rooms when you have several sims walking around. I quite enjoyed building it. Enjoy and feel free to make changes as you wish.  :)

This house would do so well in Lucky Palms too!  It's lovely.  I don't recognize the picture over the fireplace.  Love it.  Is it cc?
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

I think it's actually part of the fireplace itself. It came with Pets.  :)

It is part of the fireplace. There are three different pictures to choose from. I don't have any CC's. I prefer not to use them as they just create problems in game.

Thanks for the comments. Feed back is always appreciated. I enjoy building very much. Always so much to learn.  :)
