Seeking advice for a haunted house
« on: September 30, 2015, 10:00:14 PM »
I am currently working on a project for some friends on a roleplaying forum and need some input.  I need to create a haunted/monster house.  Unfortunately, due to a combination of work restraints, and laziness, I can't build one from scratch.  So I am seeking advice on which town and house would be the best for a remodel and decoration to help fit the theme of a haunted house for a Halloween themed roleplay location.  Apart from the Goths in Sunset Valley, can anyone suggest a town and lot that has a nice haunted feel, and is big enough for 8 sims?  I have all the expansions, plus the towns of Riverview, Monte Vista, Hidden Springs, Roaring Heights, and Barnacle Bay.

Hi Folcon,

May I suggest a few houses from Moonlight falls?

Witch's Cove - 5Bds / 3.5Ba
434 Huckleberry Lane
Crumplebottom's house
----
Lap Of Luxury - 4Bds / 4.5Ba
323 Knott Street
Ivy's house
----
Mellow Manor - 5Bds / 3Ba
320 Knott Street
MacDuff House
----

Any of these would make a great haunted house. Specially the Witch's Cove. It's got the right vibe to it. I'll attach it, just in case you want to have a quick peeksee at the house.

While this one only has two double bedrooms, one is large and could be made into two rooms. Plus you could always extend the basement a bit.

Thanks for the help.  The Crumplebottom house will work perfectly for my needs.  I'm in the process now of getting the family made, and then I can decorate.
