Cost Unfurnished : 83,930

Expansions Used : Ambitions - Pets - Supernatural - Seasons -World Adventure .
Stuff Packs Used : None .

Worlds Used : Monte Vista ( Paintings , Flower Boxes )  and Sunlit Tides ( Plant ) .

This two story house has : On the Main Floor , Living Room , Den with fireplace , Ear-in Kitchen , Dining Room and a Powder room . On the Second Floor , 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms . Outside there is , a Patio with Grill , Swimming Pool , Swing Set and a Two Car Garage .

No CCs or Mods were used . Feel free to use as you wish .

I love it also, it's very rare I see houses on here that look like British houses I see in real life, but this one does!

Thanks so much for this lovely house, Ladybug!  I especially love that you included a sweet nursery in your build!  The colours and decor are beautiful!

Sorry, I am new in the sims 3 could you tell me how did you turn the half shape of the pool to build the heart. I didn't know how to do that
