Salty's Vacation Home

With the new EP coming out, I thought that this might be appropriate.  It has some things from Seasons, Edwardian items, Generations and a few store items. Mostly, base game items and no CC.

Cost furnished, $81,125
Unfurnished, $51,475
30 x 30 lot

It is moderately priced and has a pool underneath and outdoor kitchen.  It only has one bedroom and still room to add whatever you like.

Relaxing in the pool:

Living area:

Bathroom and bedroom:

Night time view:

I am not real good at landscaping, but there is still lots of room to do what you want.

What a lovely home! I can see many of my sims living here. I don't mind that the garden isn't landscaped. Personally I prefer flat gardens because you can put more objects there.

This is just lovely!  The pale colours you've used to decorate the place give it a very cool, serene look.

Lovely, Salty!  I love the use of the rock wallpaper in the pool!  Boy, does that ever get the ideas flowing.  I love the colors you used as well.  I can just imagine my rl self chillin' and relaxin' here.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
