The Master Invention chain does not count as separate opportunities, actually. All of the ops in the chain have the same name.

It counts as separate opportunities.  The way you know for sure is to look at the name of the opportunity.  If it's different from the one before it, then it counts as a separate opportunity.

  • You cannot use the Build/Buy clone tool on the Food Replicator.

My current file has been corrupted (I think). Has anyone else had a bug where your sims could not use beds? I cleared the cache, and they still can not use them.

Put your bed in a different room, sometimes a certain room is bugged.  Let us know if that solves the problem.

I tried deleting the bed, and replacing it, but all beds do not work for any sim.

You have permission to evict the family in edit town, then put them back in the same house.  This has solve the bed problem for other players, it should solve it for you too.
