With the house changing hands from Bubblegum to Forest, it was time for the last generation makeover of the living area.  Bubblegum's furniture was moved to her museum room, which is now complete.

Forest's updated museum room.

The newly redecorated living area, looking toward the back of the house.  I kept it rather plain because I don't think a guy would care for a lot of foo-foo stuff.  Especially Forest, who is a Bookworm, a Loner, and is Neat.

Looking toward the front of the house.

Newly recolored kitchen and eating area (with new barstools).

The couch, love seats, and barstools are from Fast Lane.

You're almost there Pam.  Maybe that's why Bubblegum looks so sad.  She was one of my favorites, but then my favorite colors are red and pink, (not necessarily together!)  You did a great job redecorating in green.  I find it one of the harder colors to do things with.
What?  Grannies can't play games?

Thanks, Joria.  This isn't one of my favorites, either, but changing this room every generation is wearing me out and I didn't spend as much time on it as I have in the past.  :)

The stereo came from High End Loft.

Also, a bit of clarification for Esther, who made this comment on the Man Dynasty thread (I didn't want to hijack Metro's thread for my response):

Quote
Unlikely, but possible.  My Dynasty family has ties to the original Wolff family.  They went 4 generations on their own until they died off, except for my own family.  My generation 8 Sim is also a 7th generation Wolff.
Wow. So that means his daddy is a Wolff. Man, I really need to re-read the Dreamweavers! That's a big clue for who his daddy is!!  ;D

The Wolff family came into the Dreamweavers when Banana married Mario Wolff, so Cinnamon is the first to have both Dreamweaver and Wolff blood.  She has passed the Wolff blood all the way down to Forest.  Cinnamon, Bubblegum, and Forest all have Thornton Wolff's hair except I dyed the tips pink on Bubblegum and the pink came on down to Forest.

Yea I edited it soon after. Sorry, I should have put that here, but I was so excited! I thought I had solved it, but I didn't.  >:(

Have you noticed?  Forest looks exactly like Bubblegum...

Except he has his daddy's eyes.

Grrrr! I know he looks like his mama. I was thinking Thad, but I went back (again) and Thad's eyes are green. But everyone else has brown eyes! I don't see blue eyes on any of the possible baby daddy's! Maybe I just can't see them, anyone have a magnifying glass I can borrow? Hehe.

Ugh! And for this ONE SIM, the game just HAD to put in genetics from neither parent. That, or maybe they're from Banana or Periwinkle. :-\

Sigh.  After looking at all the photos I can't decide if it's Gary, (blue eyes), Thad, (blue/grey? eyes), or that handsome one time dude who let her cry on his shoulder.

*walks off mumbling to herself....Gary, nooo, maybe it's that West dude....no...wait....arrrrggghhh*

My guess is that the father is Jamil. It looks like he has blue eyes, and he is thinking about Bubblegum.

Oooh, I'm placing my bets on Gary. By the way, Forest knows who his dad is, right? I mean, do they have a relationship?

Part of the family is back in Al Simhara, Egypt.  The main reason is to let Forest work on his Writing skill challenges.  He's focusing on Non-Fiction novels because they are short and he should be able to get his Prolific Writer challenge (write 20 novels) completed in a few days.  His most recent titles are Cinnamon's Love for Frank, Bubblegum All Alone, Forest Will Bring Midnight, Life as a Dreamweaver, and Dreamweaving Through Time.

Bubblegum, Scarlet, and Nectarine came along on the trip to pursue various objectives.  Nectarine is specifically attached to the board breaker because I need some particular gems for the family collection.

Bubblegum looked up old flame Jamil Barakat.  He doesn't look the same as an elder at all.  He was the one who danced with her in their undies.

Scarlet ran into Raji Bonaparle.  He's got to be the son of Jamil Bonaparle.  I can't find Jamil around town, so he must have died.  Raji is a teen and lives with the Hawas family.

Bubblegum has her official band uniform, which is cute.

She's jamming with the others now.

Forest picked up his new guitar and started with level 2 skill.  He'll be the guitarist for the band Waiting for Midnight.

One thing that's funny to me is the expressions of musicians when they reach the top of their skill.  For example, here is Nectarine the Angry Drummer and Scarlet the Happy Bassist.

All the Dreamweavers want to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year!
