Paradise Beach House

I started building this house to fulfill a request from judewright. The house ended up being smaller than requested, but MrsFlynn and I really liked how the house was turning out. So we decided to finish it up after finishing jude's request. The lot at 29 Paradise Circle is a 20x30 community lot, so we bulldozed it and placed a 30x30 lot there.

I built the shell of the house and started the interior decorating. MrsFlynn did the rest of the interior decorating and the landscaping. We envisioned the house more as a vacation spot rather than a family house. Though it would certainly work for a small family.

This is so perfect as a beach house; it's tropically stunning! May I ask what Lucky Palms Gold items are in it?

It's a planter on the second floor called The Sun's Garden (it's by the spiral staircase leading to the third floor). And looks like I goofed anyway. It's in the Standard version of Lucky Palms, not the Gold version. I'll fix that in the description above.
