This looks amazing! Tea and jam? And they have cucumbers and made the corn work? I am definitely getting this set.

I love the rack of gardening tools in the background and what looks like a butter churn?
Thanks for the update Bri ;D

I was looking at the fireplace back. Isn't that re colored...or...re-patterned? They did say builders, right?

That post did say for builders.  As for the fireplace, I obviously don't know if it was repatterned.  Sorry.

Thanks for the update Bri ;D
You're welcome, though I imagine the butter churn is just for decoration.

And there is a new picture for the curious:

I'm so excited about this set!  On the Sims 3 Forum thread for this set, SimGuruCopeland did confirm that the chimney is CASt-able.

Also, the butter churner has been confirmed that it is just decorative.

These sets always seem to be at the beginning of the month, so I'm betting this Thursday or next at the latest.

Those recolorable chimneys are getting me PUMPED.

Trip is right.  They've usually are released the first Thursday/Friday.  I will be keeping an eye out for it, though someone may beat me to the punch :)

Anyways, SimGuruCopeland said these items will be sold as a set, not a venue.  However, SimGuruCopeland did tweet the lot would be available if one wishes it (though they would still have to buy the items in the set):

Who wants this gorgeous lot (by the crazy talented SimGuruKitty) uploaded to the exchange on Old Mill released day?

Yes! I won't have to wait until I can buy Prism Art Studio to get L-shaped stairs! So we might get this as soon as tomorrow? Oh wow, I am going to have a hard time being patient! This combined with Bohemian Garden and Deliciously Indulgent Bakery are making my Simming experience.

*grins*  In the waning days of Sims 3, most of the new sets have been released during the first week of the new month.  Still, don't count on it until it is out.

Thanks again Bri for keeping us in the loop ;D
You're welcome.

And yet another new picture:

Cornstalks as outdoor décor (forum request) along with 2 other new items from the Old Mill set!

Oh, and in case someone is curious, Corn will be a new harvestable available in this set, as will Cucumbers (SimGuruCopeland confirmed this...though there won't be other harvestables).

It's Thursday in Oz and it's not available so far at 10:30 AM.  Usually it's in the store by 10:00 AM so not today folks.  :(
