Oh that's cool. Thanks MarianT!

My tip would be to have your heir focus on the requirements only he can do. NPC friends and best feigns are for the household. So are the 10 trophies. Have spares focus on that while your heir Supermaxes his skill.

My tip is to have the previous heir work on the collection. If they have an item producing supermaxed skill like painting, they can produce valuable items quickly. If not, they have time after the next generation starts school to get out there and collect. It also give them a real purpose in their elder years.
