I have my own: When your parents(or boyfriend/girlfriend) are not at home and you sneak on the computer to play sims and create whoever is not home and a is self and then make them go on the computer when they are gone.

When you're more excited when see Sims stories with your favorite Sims inside *and squealing like a little girl* instead reading other fan fiction  ::)

Isn't the plus side of Sim stories the correct grammer, no OOC (out of chacter) and there is never the wrong pairing? :P

Ah, yes I understand about that feeling. That is... unpleasant.

When you having a dream meet your favorite Sims Resident. Like meet Mortimer Goth and Bella Bachelor :D
And when you didn't accept for what happened to your favorite Sims as it is stated in their biography, you always say "If only I" and then with the power of The Watcher that you have, you quickly do something to them after that and post a story of them at miscellaneous story area to show everyone that they deserved a better life ::)

~The first thing you do when visiting other people's houses is to look around and think of a way to re-create the house in sims.
~When you're away from your computer, you obsessively think about your latest build, project, dynasty, etc.

I did just that.  I went to see some display homes recently to see what my new carpet would look like and just wandered around to see if I liked the house enough to build it in my game.

When you look at everyday objects and refer to them as the sim version. For example, I was taking a shower at my boyfriend's house. "Yep, this is a simple shower. Hopefully I can avoid the cheap shower moodlet. Wait, what?" <-- my thoughts the entire time.

Also, I've been trying to figure out how many "squares" my own house is so I can re-create it. The downstairs bathroom is 3X1 and has a bargain john and a counter/squatter's sink combo.

I've tried to figure out how many 'squares' my house is as well!!  The door is one, my desk is two, I have lots of (IKEA) bookshelves, and they are all one so my room where this computer is is 6x3, but its all angles, so that throws a kink into the plan... angles are the worst, I can never recreate the house because of the angles!  haha!

You know you've played too much Sims when...
1) you tell all your friends how well you're doing in your immortal dynasty and they don't understand a word you're saying so they just nod and say 'Uh-huh...'
2) you read the title of your friend's book and it's called 'The Immortal Goddess' (or something along those lines) and you instantly think of the immortal dynasty and start doing #1 all over again!

No way. I don't read the paper nearly as often. I check the forum all day.

This is my life! Absolutely everything reminds me of something in the Sims and I am always talking about my stories and my Sims. And everyone is bored and confused.
