Culinary Librarian glitch

Hi, my Sim has the Culinary Librarian lifetime wish and I don't know how to get the wish fulfilled.

I have reached the cooking sKill level of 10 and the game says my Sim knows 100% of the recipes. I have made and eaten Ambrosia (quality level was "perfect").

What else do I need? I have only made a perfect version of about half of the recipes, could that be the reason? Or could this be a glitch?

Not sure about the console version but on PC you need to know 28 recipes for that to fulfill, depending on what expansion packs you own level 10 on it's own wont give you enough, for just the base game you need level 10 plus all the bookstore recipes, are there any you can buy that you haven't learnt yet? maybe the 100% percentage is a glitch. I don't know how much the console version differs from PC so that's the only suggestion I can offer.
