@PeregrineTook , Leona will not be the heir, but in her own way will hijack the legacy.
@Malley , This was a difficult choice.
@Deklitch , My father's mother was Hedwig and Leona was her youngest sister.
@Ausette , I chose Hedwig as heir because without producing children she would be sort of dull. Leona can still be interesting.

Hedwig will be our heir, but, as you will see, Leona will play a vital and active role in the legacy.

Darron went to the elixir store to grind some gems for ingredients and never made it home. As a former vampire, he had a long life and was ready to go. His age bar said 92, but he lived much longer. Breandan, Hedwig’s boyfriend, was the only witness.

Leona decided to learn a new skill, Science. She started off in her basement lab, but that was too slow so she went to the library to study. The first day she reached level 7 which seems unnaturally fast to me.

The second day she reached level 8 and went out to collect DNA samples. She had no trouble convincing her boyfriend, Quinn, to give her a sample.

In fact, she had no problems convincing anyone. I had her learn charisma, and when she got one point found out she knows more than 35 sims and has made 23 friends. How did that happen?
Her next test subject is Broderick Eames, a vampire.

That evening, she found Siobahn Murphy at home and convinced her to donate.

One last stop for Fiona O’Reilly and she had most of the remaining original townie DNA tucked safely in her backpack. Now get out of there before you alienate her.

Leona has discovered  new and improved scare tactics.

Leona has not wished to join any careers, so “we” decide she should get a job at the bistro. “We” need her out of the house for part of the day.

While Leona is at work, Hedwig asks Breandan over for a visit and they agree that he should move in.

Here is Breandon O’Shea: Brave, Handy, Charismatic, Athletic, and Ambitious. What a catch, and just look at those eyes.

Just a few hours before Hedwig is due to go into labor (yes, she’s pregnant and I got no pictures), she and Breadan tie the knot with Co-Conspirator spying for Leona.

A son, Fritz, is born and seems to have his father’s skin tone. That’s all we know except that he’s Disciplined and Grumpy.

Yup, this looks safe.

The next morning, Leona creates her own addition to the household and immediately steals her candy. Anna O’Reilly, clone of Fiona, you shouldn’t have had that candy anyway. Leona is just looking out for your best interests.
Leona: I’m the best guardian ever!

Oh, and Anna Loves the Outdoors and is Grumpy!

With the addition of a fire breathing dragon new standard of 'floor noboo-ism' has been reached! And noooooo, not stealing candy from a floor nooboo... just wrong.  >:(

Aww, I wanted all the clones to be clones of Leona  :=(
On the bright side, I love that Co-conspirator has become the designated nanny for Fritz.  Best choice ever!!

@Playalot , Wrong, yes, and that's why Leona loves it.
@Deklitch , Yes, the Doe house rings with evil laughter.
@Malley , Breadan is a good catch, but he seems to have some sort of hidden flirty trait.
@PeregrineTook , Just trying to keep some original townie genes alive. Perhaps when she's an elder, Leona will clone herself and infuse the child with her consciousness.

This is Fritz now that he’s a Toddler. He looks a lot like his father except for the original Flip black hair.

Breandan is not just teaching Fritz to walk, he’s also trying to repair their relationship. Breandan and Adabelle were flirting and I didn’t notice in time to stop them from kissing, but Fritz sure did and felt completely betrayed.

Here’s Anna, our little vampire.

Leona: You must learn to walk, my minion, to truly assist in my schemes.

Hedwig is reading art books to Anna. Fritz, whose little head is poking from behind the sofa has learned everything a toddler can possibly learn. Leona is thinking about Breandan. Fortunately she just wants to scare him, insult him, or pick a fight. Their relationship is half way down the red.

Two out of three Grumps agree:  We don’t like flies.
Leona from across the room: Three out of three!

Two out of three Grumps play themselves into exhaustion.

Leona: Hey kid, Auntie is just looking out for your best interests. I don’t even like candy *slurp*.

Hedwig: Mom, we need more tiny shoes!
Adabelle: I think I’ll go discuss this with Breandon.
Nooooo!

More tiny shoes, indeed. It’s beginning to look like a floorboo dogpile.
The latest Doe is Ray, a Perceptive Virtuoso. Leona has added Olga Murphy, Easily Impressed and Insane. Hmm…Malleable and crazy, a perfect minion.

Fritz is just such a cutie and Breandon...what is up with that? You do not flirt with your mother-in-law!

Anna and Olga belonging to Leona.  All the names end in "a."  Is that coincidence, or was it a subtle naming theme?
And yes, transfer of the Leona conscious into a younger her to ensure her glory is perpetuated just makes good sense!
Also, loved the floorboo dog pile almost as much as the fact that you termed it a floorboo dog pile!

@hazelnut , Yes, I'm working on names from the German side of my family.
@Malley , Breandan seems to see no problem with flirting with his mother-in-law, his sister-in-law, random women at the library, if fact, if he lives long enough Anna and Olga better watch out.
@PeregrineTook , I didn't notice all the a's. Leona, Anna, and Olga were all sisters of my Grandma Hedwig. Any naming scheme you can blame on my great-grandparents.
@Ausette , Anna's donor, Fiona O'Reiily, was my favorite spouse from my 4x4. It's fun seeing her as a toddler.
@Alex , Fritz is a winner in the gene pool swim meet.
@Playalot , Leona scoffs at your attempt at meanness. She's Neurotic and Neat. Her teeth will never go unbrushed. Bwahaha!

Fritz had his birthday and added Genius to Disciplined and Grumpy.

Anna followed the next day. Her traits are now Loves the Outdoors, Grumpy, and Party Animal. Yes, a grumpy party animal vampire is the very sim I would want at my party.

So the first thing Anna wanted to do was learn to fish of course. She stayed out at the backyard pond far into the evening, away from the chaos.

Being a Genius, Fritz enjoys chess. Breandan is once again trying to mend their relationship. This time he was hitting on Leona. She shut him down, but Fritz was devastated.

Here Breandan, search the galaxy inside facing a wall. That should keep you out of trouble for a while.

The next day was double birthday. First Ray blew out his candles.
These boys are going to make heir selection difficult again.

Next was Olga’s turn. She has such pretty wings, just like her donor’s I think.

When Olga got sleepy, she crawled off to the fairy house.

Leaving just one floorboo to be watched over by Co-Conspirator.

So toddlers learned skills.
Yes, with 8 sims in the house and only one, Hedwig, who can be trusted to take care of herself and behave, I forget to take pictures.

Breandon has reached level 10 in his career and is now an International Super Spy. Have a good day at work and try to stay out of trouble.

While Breandon was at work, Grim paid a visit to Adabelle, 96.
Adabelle: Nooo…..I’m not ready. I still have a lot of flirting left in me.
Grim: While I sympathize with the sentiment, that’s not how this works.

The kids were just arriving home from school as this happened. Fritz was just moments too late to say goodbye to his grandmother. Anna was just in time to be attacked by Grim as she tried to walk in the door.

Grim then posted what I’m sure was an inappropriate remark  about it all.

Leona: Hey, we’ve got room for another clone!
NO!

So fun!  Breandan, searching the galaxy inside facing a wall. *snigger* That'll teach you for flirting with everything that moves.

I was confused for a moment in this update as I think you called Ray by Fritz's name when saying he blew out his candles.
I love how Co-conspirator is continuing to play the role of nanny.  Such a good little fire-breathing monster!

@Deklitch , I'm not saying no to clones forever, just no for now. Got to get these kids grown up a bit first.
@Playalot , a watcher's gotta do what a watcher's gotta do.
@PeregrineTook , I haven't seen as much of Co-C lately. He keeps winding up in different sim's inventories.
@hazelnut , I'm thinking of this as a couples competition.

Life goes on and children keep growing and changing. Fritz is now a teen and has added Star Quality to Disciplined, Grumpy, and Genius. Well that’s helpful as I disabled the celebrity system for this legacy. Just keep wishing to meet celebrities….there aren’t any.

When he was a child, Fritz was so obsessed with chess that he reached level 8 in logic (also all those repair friendship times with his father). As a teen he has a new obsession.

Anna has added Vehicle Enthusiast to Loves the Outdoors, Grumpy, and Party Animal. I don’t see anything in those traits that explains her love of painting. She made a wish to be a Visionary…locked in.

She also has a good relationship with Co-Conspirator. A vampire and a fire-breathing dragon may not be the safest companions.

Ray is now Clumsy along with Perceptive and Virtuoso. Most of his wishes are to best friends with pretty much everyone. He doesn’t do much, but really likes cake and video games.

Olga has added Loser to Insane and Easily Impressed. Olga’s got that CAS chin scar. She’s a bit hyperactive. Like Anna, she’s an autonomous painter and dances like fairies do.

She also can’t stop checking everything out. Hedwig has discovered about 10 tiberium while breaking space rocks. The family is well over the 2 million simoleon scoring limit for a legacy.

Leona: Sims unite! No more dirty showers!

Ray: And the giant ghost snake slithered up the fairy house and the fairies danced no more.
Leona, what have you been teaching this kid?
Leona: Why do you always think it’s me?
Because it always is.
Leona: Oh…right.

Breandan is an elder and is more interested in the rocking chair than in flirting.
Ray: Happy Birthday, Dad! I hope you like your new IF doll.

Leona has reached level 10 in the culinary career!
Olga:  Thanks for the fancy fridge, Miss Leona! I hope you like your new IF doll.

Fritz has asked Anna to prom and will do his very best not to embarrass her.

So they go to prom and return home boyfriend and girlfriend.

Breandan is off examining new evidence, Leona is off on one of her many dates, Hedwig and Fritz spar, Anna rants about…something, Olga dominates the chess table, and Ray eats cake. A typical night with the Does. Only tomorrow there will be four teens.

Leona: And we still have room for a clone.
Soon, Leona, soon.

Anna is stunning.  And will probably have Fritz wrapped around her finger for the foreseeable future.
Loved the storytelling moment and Leona trying to deny she was involved.  Glorious!
