News: TS3 for Mac is getting a 64-bit Patch

Sorry PC users. :(

There are a lot of problems with TS3's Mac port that go well beyond the 32/64-bit issue but this will at least let TS3 be installed on new Macs for the forseeable future as they move past 32-bit with the Catalina update, as well as prevent crashes from using too much RAM, if that is a problem for anyone.

It is delivered as an Origin install and requires uninstalling the old game/reinstalling the new.

You need to have Mavericks or later to run the 64-bit.

It is able to be run on these models:

  • MacBook models introduced in 2015 or later
  • MacBook Air models introduced in 2012 or later
  • MacBook Pro models introduced in 2012 or later
  • Mac mini models introduced in 2012 or later
  • iMac models introduced in 2012 or later
  • iMac Pro (all models)
  • Mac Pro models introduced in late 2013, plus mid-2010 or mid-2012 models with a recommended Metal-capable graphics card.

Here's how to find your Mac's model (for any macOS/OSX device)

I'm not a Mac user but I will do my best to answer any questions.
