The absolute best nectar is a combination of Crannerlet Nuala grapes and Life Fruit. My sim was making nectar worth over $400 per bottle before she died!

Edit: I take this back. I read the first page of this thread and the person said that Pomegranate and Life Fruit were actually the best. This is amazing since Pomegranates are so far down the list of value. I tried it out and they're right! I tried 10/90 cherries/life fruit, 10/90 crannerlet/life (50/50 was my sim's best of about 487 per bottle), 10/90 pomelo/life fruit, and 10/10/80 of cherry/pomegranate/life fruit. The 10/90 of pomegranate/life was the absolute best topping a little over 500! I used all perfect fruits and my sim's nectar making was lev 10 and the nectar makers were improved to "improved pressing."

If you have “Grandpa’s Grove” from the Sims 3 Store, you can grow oranges. I started experimenting, and first crack I came up with an “Amazing” blend:

5 oranges
3 flame fruits
2 watermelons

I wanted some all moodlets blends but without the age reversing so I experimented with 3 Flame Fruit, 1 Life Fruit, based nectars and I'm very happy with the results. I used perfect fruits, flavor enhancement upgrade, and concentrated setting. I also completed the 'Flavorful Feet' challenge.
