You can paint another Sim with the "paint by reference" action on the easel. Your Sim gets that at level 3 of the painting skill.
Oh good, thanks.  That seems like it won't take to long to accomplish.  I never knew that paint by reference could paint a Sim whom your Sim knows.

Lol I use the "paint by reference" a lot. And, another little hint, if you line up a mirror and the easel "just so" you can actually have your sim paint themselves, as long as you don't require a full front face image!

Another clarification-- the founder or heir must have adopted/conceived the next heir within those first 10 days.

One part of the rules makes it sound like you do.. but another part makes it sound like you can do so after the 10 days!

Not sure where you get the impression the next heir can make an appearance after the first 10 days. In any case, you have to have an infant heir in the house within the first 10 days.

Are there any restrictions on what wishes can be made with the wishing well?

No restrictions. However, any child who comes from the wishing well cannot be the heir.

Does household value at move in mean funds plus lot value or is it the lot value?

You'll find household income in the lower lefthand corner of the screen. It does not include the value of the lot.

Ok thank you. The points say 30,000 added to initial household fund, but the spreadsheet says household value. And I was trying to figure out if I needed to add the two amounts together. Keeping track of points on this is crazy. Every time you spend money it decreases your household fund, so those points would be variable. You can buy aspiration rewards on free days, so then you have to keep track of aspiration points spent. So much to keep track of.

Also, whoever made the score sheet, there should be a multiplier on maxed job, skill, or aspiration since it's worth two points for each. The sheet had it as equal to the value. I added a multiplier on mine so that each maxed skill or aspiration counts towards two points as the rules say.

Also the household funds is supposed to be two points for every 30,000 added but was only giving one point on the spread sheet

Because of toddlers, a few changes have been made:

A nanny must be hired if there are toddlers or babies on the lot when the last teen or adult leaves the house.

This is the principal one, and hiring a nanny will mean a -1 point.
On the other hand, you will collect 2 pts each time your toddler maxes a skill.
Pinstar's randomized trait site doesn't have toddler traits up yet, but the other one does.

A while ago, I told you there were no restrictions, but I was wrong. Founders and heirs cannot wish to extend their lives, and the wish for youthful vigor can do that. If you've already made that wish, you can go back to a previous save if it was granted for you. Sorry.

Like the other negative points is this null and void if we happen to make them a vampire on a "free day" or is it deemed too powerful a perk and therefore it is -10 no matter what? Thanks.

Operative word is "is" not "becomes." Yes, if your Sim happens to transform on a free day, your point total will take the hit when the free day ends.

Is the -10 points for the vampire a one time penalty? Meaning if I started with Caleb in forgotten Hollow - I would begin with -10 and then build from there.. or is it per day I control him? Thanks  :D

When we set up our town, can we also place MaxisCreator_01's venues and not only residential lots?

Hi again, so excited to start this dynasty- working on my town right now.

Could you explain a bit more about the  "teen aged straight to a ya " that we can start with. Does it mean that we could start with a Laandgrab or a Gothfor example? Or am I missunderstanding ?

Yes, that's exactly what it means. Or Yuki Behr.
