Oh man, we've had a week's sports break here in Sweden so I've missed some guys here!
Welcome everybody! It's really fun to see all these newcomers. :D

Förresten, välkommen Margerita! Fun to have more Swedes here! (especially since I have the Swedish version of the game and am always so afraid of writing the wrong thing when helping people here in English, need a second translator here sometimes)

Welcome Samm!

Tack Swede1992!

I just use the guide if I'm unsure what some things are called what in english or I do a translation in my head to what would be closest in english hehe. Most of the time the translation they use in our version is quite litteral.

Yeah, I know, it is sometimes a burden since they translate it too literally.

Anywho, now you must help me to introduce the beauties of fermented herring (surströmming) to these people! :D

Well, we are dissecting fetal pigs in science. I threw up.

I have to wonder, does anyone on here like the band Placebo?

Well, I'd throw up, too.  When I was in high school, it was dissecting frogs and I just wouldn't do it.  I don't remember how I got out of it, but I did.

They always made us pair up one boy-one girl teams.  I love dissecting, so there was always a mad rush of all the boys wanting to be my partner for it.  We did the baby pigs too, cow eye balls, etc. etc.

I was lucky. Brooklyn Tech was the only high school in New York state where biology was not a required class. I got to take physics instead, and I didn't have to dissect anything!

I LOVED dissecting in school.  I remember we did a clam, a starfish, a frog (of course) and a worm I think ... maybe some other things but the frog was the most exciting one.
