Graphics Card - AMD Radeon R7 250
« on: June 29, 2019, 08:55:11 PM »
I hope it's ok to ask this here. I've tried asking on the company's social pages and emailing them, but haven't received any answers so far. Maybe someone here can help...

When I first got my computer, I would receive notifications letting me know that my graphics card needed to be updated. Lately I haven't been getting notified at all even though the box is still checked, so I never know until my computer freezes up on me, then restarts itself (usually while playing Sims). I have gone through the settings to see if I missed something, but I didn't find anything. It's an AMD Radeon R7 250 Series, if that helps.

You could try uninstalling/reinstalling the graphics drivers.

Neither my hubby or I have a computer with AMD graphics, so just in case I found some links to help if needed.
