Tired of having criminals set up base in empty warehouses around town, the Shire of Riverview commissioned a team of architects to convert 47 Industrial Drive from an abandoned storage area into an up and edgy rave club. It didn’t take long for “All the Rave” to become the hottest spot in town, although it still turns away a few stowaways from time to time.

Shall I ask you per individual lot you've build if I may use it in any upcoming video in which I can use it AND I give you full credit for it, or shall I ask you for each and every building individual? It sure saves me time to do it for all at once, as I can forsee now already that if it got the name Ausette on it, I better should download it, with or without seeing it first.

Sorry to necro this thread but I just wanted to say thank you for this lot. It is the perfect makeover for what is normally a useless building and has totally livened up my games, the Riverview population love it and are there every night, on my very first visit I found Ruby and Flo Broke dancing on the counters 

It has also become my favourite spot for bachelor/bachelorette parties. I take tons of screenies of them just enjoying themselves. Two of my favourites are this one of Dallas and Trigger club dancing, love Triggers outfit it's so him. And my sim and her future sister-in-law, MaryKay, eyeing up the party dancer.





I wouldn't play Riverview without this club now, thank you Ausette

Also, I love the appropriateness of a cowboy party dancer in Riverview.
