This is the vacation home I built for my dynasty family in Shang Simla. Downstairs boasts an open floor plan including living room, eat-in kitchen, studio, game room, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, and laundry room all surrounding a landscaped central courtyard housing a top of the line hot tub. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are decorated but unfurnished. 2 of the bedrooms have full en-suite baths and there are 2 additional half baths. Upstairs balconies house easels, a chess board, and a teleportation pad. The back yard houses a zen garden/martial arts training area. Landscaped front and back. All appliances are upgraded. Includes patterns by BlueMurder from the Exchange. Requires all expansion and stuff packs as well as some Sims 3 store items.
This house has been extensively play tested. At one point I had a random pathing problem with the double bed upstairs. I replaced the bed and have not had any issues since. If you notice any problems, please let me know so I can fix them.
