That is the one career I have never done. Which is why I am loading my game up right this minute!  :D
samoht, that's just the type of can-do attitude we're looking for. Would you like to join the P.I squad team?

Ruby, you can complete the P.I. lifetime wish on Normal lifespan. It's Architectural Designer's Home Design Hotshot that is impossible on Normal. The career isn't rewarding, but at certain level you gain a door, and on another - a car! Cases are interesting as well. As long as they don't repeat. Hope you enjoy the profession, Tom! :) But I agree, it's hard to command P.I. sims when they are part of a big household. The great thing about the career is that clients are accessible even at night. :D

You guys need to stick with P.I.! It is the second-best (after Ghost Hunter) profession, in my opinion. Myself, I find it interesting to solve different cases.

Ooh, there's lots of things that I haven't done.

I haven't:
Played a Mummy or Vampire
Tried the Military, Law Enforcement or Education careers.
Completed the 'Private Aquarium' or 'Possession is 1/10th of the Law' LTWs
Played the Bunch family
Managed to get a Sim to Immortal (I promise as soon as I do I will have a story!)
Explored the tombs in China or France
Had a Visa level of 3
Played on Short or Epic lifespan

That's all I can think of now.  :)

Believe me, you wouldn't want to try the latter. It is pointless, in my honest opinion. What's the point in stealing 50,000 $ worth stuff and NOT to sell a single possession until the lifetime wish is completed? Of course, you can sell, but it won't count towards your total LTW value. Ugh. :-X

I have never:

- done any exploring of Egypt or France
- tried architect, nectar-making, mixology, half the LTWs in the game.
- finished a legacy or dynasty
- gotten past generation 4 of a family
- never turned into a mummy
- finished photography (got skill level 10 but haven't done much with it)
- there are a lot of professions I've never finished
- the one time I had ghost babies, I didn't let them get to toddlers because I was bored with the game.

It's not that difficult, really.  If you work quickly, you can complete the 'possession' LTW in a couple weeks with an unemployed sim.  Just head over to the rich people's house, get invited in, steal their car(s), buy parking spaces for them and place them on your lot.  You only have to make your sim's yard look like a parking lot until the wish is completed, then you can sell them all and have a nice $50k bonus for completing that wish as well.

I thought of something else I've never done.

I have never:  Played more than one house in a neighborhood.   I have never changed active households before.  I usually stay in the one house with the family sometimes not moving anyone out and keeping the family controlled all the time like a dynasty/legacy but without immortality.

You do know that items from Build/Buy modes go down in value, right? The same thing with stolen stuff. I've tried to pursue this LTW many times and my personal record for the fastest completion of it is the half of YA stage. And it's certainly not the perfect LTW for a Dynasty founder. I'd rather do Perfect Aquarium than this one. I've come to very much dislike it. Maybe I got 60K from completing it, but not worth the hard work. Every night running around town? No, thanks. -_-

Me neither, unless I'm collecting townie traits or the last sim dies.  :)

I have also never had a Sim with over 6 best friends.

I tried PI profession, but again, gave up for same reason I did before and I don't like TSM, almost everything can be done by clicking icons from view town. I even tried reading all the text to get into the case by using my imagination, but it is just too boring. Only funny thing is perfoming stakeouts but for limitied amount of time. So that profession and LTW will remain undone for me.
Now of to try band and gigs :)
