Is it possible to complete the Photograph skill in Appaloosa Plains?

OK, I have a question to ask. Before the patch came out (not sure which is it), there were some issues on completing the photograph challenge when a Sim is in a different town from Sunset Valley.

So, does this issue still arise when a Sim is in Appaloosa Plains?

I am sorry I don't know.I plan on attempting photography as a supermax skill in my dynasty file so I hope it is possible.
