Digital order Showtime invalid?

I've pre ordered The Sims 3 Showtime digitally a few Weeks ago bit now I got a mail today that my order is invalid because I shouldn't have paid. But I have paid already!
Does anyone recognize this problem? And how have you solved it?

I always order the disk.  Where did you order the download from?  Was it directly from EA or was it on another site?

It was from Origin. And I remember facing this problem before. If I could only remember the solution that came later as well...
