I had the exact same reaction as you when Dakota died. Sigh. Well how wonderful though that Rosemary got to have a child of her own! I was a bit surprised at first but then it made total sense. So glad that Apollo is old enough to be reunited with his love, and...wow. He is a hottie! Where is his everyday outfit from, it is so cute I want it!

It's called Nerd Chic and it's from the store.  I love it and have recolored it in many different ways over several files. 

Also, Apollo seems... unusually sweet, for a Grim.

He's still young.  The parts I apparently never took photos of were him doing all the pranks he could get his hands on.  Plus the couple of times he did it to the school.  I always forget about egging houses and doorbell ditching but we can leave that for another Grim.   Oh and I think you're right about the cheese and nectar.

Apollo's last trait was... Vegetarian! No? Umm... Car enthusiast! No? Then I guess, hopeless romantic! *Phew* I'm glad those first two guesses didn't count.

Beowulf may not be red, but spots are so cute on puppies, so I forgive the science center their shoddy copies.

Wow, that is the most uniform protest I've ever seen, usually I'm left with a confused feeling, but that was clearly a bunch of vamps protesting science, that's pretty cool! And very funny.

You had me laughing so hard with that and yes he's a Hopeless Romantic.  Just for his tama-kins.
I was so shocked when I saw the protest.  At first it really was just the vampires and it's all the vampires that literally turned that first night.  Slowly other people started to show up for it after graduation though. 
I love Saffron.  Just wait til you see her age up!





Artie: "Are we there yet?"
Ares: "Daaaad.  Stop asking."
Saffron: "Yeah isn't that my job?"
Artie: "Then why aren't you saying it?"
Rica: "Because you haven't shut up long enough for her to get it out first."


Saffron: "Umm.. guys."
Rica: "It's no use even bringing it up."
Saffron: "But."
Rosemary: "They do this every time we travel.  You'll get used to it sweetie."
Saffron: "I could care less if Apollo changes but the two old guys should think about it at least."
Tama: "Hey!"
Adrianna: "I don't see anything wrong with what my man is wearing.  In fact, Ares.. can we make a stop at the tents before you go into a tomb?"
Ares: "Let's grab a tent and go into a tomb and do what you're thinking there too."
Artie: "Don't know what you're talking about kiddo."
Rica: "Everyone .. it's time to split up.  It's going to be really boring for like three days until Ares gets a house."


Rica: "I told them to split up and they all went to the market.  Explain to me how this makes sense."
Apollo: -blows too hard and makes a horrible noise-
Rica: "I think you should put less cheek into it, sugar."


Adrianna: "I think I'll steal all of Morcucorp's files for myself and take over Egypt in the name of Grim!"
Ares: "I think we're doing that anyway, my love."
Adrianna: "Oh well then.  Let's hurry."
Ares: "But I just set up the tent.."
Adrianna: "Oh.. well.. that's a horse of a different color then isn't it."
Rica: "I'm leaving."


Artie: "What do you think kids?"
Apollo: "You have the prettiest eyes.."
Tama: "Why thank you.  I'm glad we can hang out like this for a while.  It felt so weird when I had my birthday and it was against the laws to go do anything with you."
Apollo: "It sucked a lot but now that time is over and with you by my side, I can rule the.. I mean save the world."


Rosemary: -goes offkey-
Snake: -hiss- "That made my fangs hurt!"


Apollo: "It's getting dark.  You want to try something else for a while, my little dove?"
Tama: "Let's watch the stars some like the first night we fell in love."


Tama: "I got another idea.."


Youseff: "That should qualify you for Visa Level 1, my friend but we have many more dealings I think."
Ares: "Good good.  So what's next? "
Adrianna: -thinks- "Wait was this the country with the weapons of mass destruction?"

Apollo: "Tama, I think it's the right time."
Tama: "The right time for what my little cherry."



Apollo: "Will you marry me?"
Tama: "Oh!" -squeel-


Apollo: "Please be my bride?"


Tama: "Yes, Yes, Yes.  It's about time you asked."
Apollo: "It had to be the right time!"


Tama: "Silly romantic."   -yanks him into a smooch-
Apollo: "Only for you, Tama-kins." -kisses her back-

Saffron: "Look what I found.  A baseball!"

Rica: "Another one down.  Let's go!  I think the merchants are starting to get mad at your dad playing music all day."

Adrianna: "Why are we doing all this running?"

Tama: "I think we've been eating too much shawarma, my not-so-little cherry."
Apollo: "I don't know what it is about certain foods.  Maybe I'm allergic."
Tama: "How about you show me how to do a cardio workout?  I think I know just how I'll pay you for the service."
Apollo: "Oh really.  Well let's see if we can find a place to do it."


Rica: "Wow this place is pretty.  I should totally redecorate the house like this."
Ares: "Nah.  Not sure I could handle jumping over the fire traps to get breakfast."


Apollo: "There you go, Tama!  Feel the burn!"
Tama: "Oh I feel it alright.  Right in the gluts."
Apollo: "Yes but they're really nice gluts."


Rica: "Hey! I don't remember saying it was ok to come back to the market."
Ares: "I'm waiting on the food lady to either start selling shawarma or for Adrianna to finish learning the recipe and then find a place to cook it.  I need shawarma for the relic vendor."


Rica: "I thought you were learning shawarma."
Adrianna: "The food merchant said that she would have it ready around dinner time."


Relic Merchant: "Oh thank you!  Now that I'm not so hungry, here is your level 3 visa."
Ares: -barks-
Relic Merchant: "Haha.  You are so funny, Mr. Grim."

Rica: "Which house do we want?"
Jacob the nephew: "Get the one with the pool!"
Rica: "Ooook."

Let's add a few things for fun and voila! Vacation Home ready.
Rica: "Everyone get a move on to the new house!"


Everyone split up to do different things.  The reds went to play golf and Adrianna followed.


Tama strived for that last masterpiece she needed while Saffron decided to take up painting.


Rosemary spends some time playing skeeball while her daughter learned to paint.


Rosemary: "This is really good falafel, Adrianna."
Adrianna: "Thanks.  I learned it in hopes of serving it at the wedding."
Apollo: -coughs-

Apollo: "It sure is.  Now I just need to unclog some more toilets and repair the tv some more."
Rica: "Shouldn't need too many more of those then I promise we'll either upgrade everything to unbreakable or buy the kinds that don't break."
Apollo: "Awesome possum."


Saffron: "Awww.   You're a sports Legend.  You've won every game you've ever played in.  How could you suck so bad at Sim Gnubb?"
Ares: "SHhh.  I'm trying to concentrate."


Rosemary: -laughs so hard she has to hold her stomach-
Artie: "You're funny kid just be careful he doesn't throw it up to hit you in the head."
Saffron: "Just throw the baton already so I can win this!"


Jules: " And 'ow is egypt?"
Saffron: "It's been great.  Mom has played with me a whole bunch.  Ares got us a big house across from the Sphinx.  OH and  Apollo proposed to Tama and I think we're going to have the wedding while we're here.  You sure you don't want to come be with us?"
Jules: "I.. I don't know, little spice."
Saffron: "Well at least call Tama."


Rosemary: "Whoa! Hey that was fun."
Saffron: "Wow Mom.  I wonder if I can do that."
Rosemary: "I'm sure if you try, you'll get it in no time."


Rosemary: "Good Job Saffron."
Saffron: "Thanks!"


Tama: "I just talked to Papa and he says if we want we can get married while we're here."
Apollo: "That's great!  He knew I was going to ask you though."
Tama: "He did?"
Apollo: "I was going to ask you on my  birthday but I decided to ask him if it was ok first.  That's why I waited.  He knew I had the ring and was bringing it with us.  I think it made him miss your mom even more."
Tama: "Oh Apollo.  My silly cherry."
Apollo: "So..."
Tama: "So?"
Apollo: "Are we going to make everyone wait or at we going to get married already?"
Tama: "Well I do hate to give people what they want if they aren't you?"
Apollo: "I'm the same but I think I'm really ready to call you Mrs Grim."
Tama: "Then let's do it!" -jumps into his arms-



My cue to usually set things up right?  In hind sight I should have spaced the chairs out more .. oh well.


Rica: "Check you out in your new formalwear."
Apollo: "Hi.  I think I like this more than my other one.  Can I keep this one after the wedding?"
Rica: "I don't see why not. Ready to get married?"
Apollo: "Oh yea. Maybe once we're married, Jules will realize he has no one left and will die so we can have a baby."
Rica: "Wrong.  Funny but wrong."


Rica: "Hey beautiful.  Ready to get married?"
Tama: "I was ready the moment he asked me."
Rica: "I know.  You ok?  Any nerves?"
Tama: "Just wishing my Dad would get out of his stupor and could have been here."
Rica: "We'll take lots of pictures to make him regret not making the right decision."
Tama: "Exactly."





I now pronounce you Wife & Grim. 




The newlyweds get a special part of the house that's a little separate from the rest of the crazies.

At least for a day or two to you know do what newlyweds do..

Frisky Business and..

.. challenging each other to video games.


The rest of the vacation was spent how we all spend our vacations.. right?

The girls spent their time in the art room getting several things done way too quickly.


Apollo kept fixing the toilet that he himself broke just to fix.


Rosemary got to spend time with Saffron... in the sprinklers..


..talking about school...


and playing Skeeball together.

Before long it was time to go home, I think we were all really glad it was over.. for now.
