Looks great, although I definately would avoid that part of town.  ;)
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0.

Loved the last update  ;D is it possible to see inside the prison and asylum? Those are both great ideas.

Tangled Strings Asylum? A bit of a double meaning there, yes? :) This town has a lot of personality. Can't wait to see what the people are like!

Thank you so much! I am eager to make the Sims but I want to build the city first.

It's really nice! However I don't think it will upload to the exchange as a populated world so either it will be unpopulated or you can upload to this forum as a save file. (Don't ask me how, I have no idea  ;))

I am making the first neighborhood. It is small and affordable for Sim's just starting out. Right outside of Arena Heights the neighborhood is located on Cranberry Lane and Tiffic Street. The neighbor hood is called Tiffic Square (the houses aren't really in a square).

The first house is quite close to town.

Its a bit more roomy than most. A good family home.

All these houses in Tiffic Square are 1-2 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms. These 2 houses are located next to each other on Cranberry Lane.

Right across the street from the homes listed about are these two 1 bedroom bungalows.

Next is the Cherry blossom house.

The last house on Cranberry Lane is this little house. Has fenced in yard with pool!

Now onto Tiffic Street. On the side near the Cherry Blossom house is this...

Across the streets from this house is...

The most expensive home in the neighborhood. Now that's something to brag about.

This home just wishes it was on the beach... has sun-room, fenced in pool, parking spot and extremely beige.

Sweet Grammy's pink house. So cute! Just look at the flower boxes.

Then there is the very last house in the neighborhood.

What do you think? Pretty cute huh?

Here is the overall neighborhood.

It looks great! Did you build all the houses yourself?

Yes I did. I was very pleased with how they all came out.

I love them! I just built a house for my legacy, but I hate how it turned out. I wish I could have someone build it for me.
