Can't use Video Cameras

I am having a problem getting the cameras to record. When my sim starts to record, I press C and it starts and stops within 3 secs. Am I missing something?

I know the less expensive one does not stay on for long, should be longer than that though.  The more expensive one stays on for quite some time.  I am not sure if you can set the timer on the video camera the same as you do for video capture. :)

well even my memories are black pics.. they were fine earlier. now they are just blank.. not sure what is causing it..

Then I am really not sure myself.  I know that the most expensive camera has no pictures either, but it says it does when I click on the camera.  So I do not know what is up with this video and camera stuff.
