Victorian remake
« on: July 20, 2015, 10:26:33 PM »
This is a remake of the Victorian I done in The Sims 3. There's still some landscaping that it needs but I'll leave that up to the downloaders. :)
I used moveobjects on in this load so you may want to enable it before downloading.

Origin ID: grimsoul0
Hashtags: #carlsguide
Price in Library: 467,753
3 bed, 4 bath plus a nursery.

Download here

The front of the house with a fishing pond on the right and a swimable fishing hole on the left.

Rear of the house with a gazebo, swimming pool, sauna, and hot tub with a built in tv.

2nd floor with two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, workout room for working out or getting a massage and a skills room with instruments, easel, and woodworking table.

1st floor with the master bedroom, master bath, dining room family room, kitchen, nursery and study. Under the stairs leading to the second floor is stairs going down to the basement. The basement is just a room so I could add the stairs. Can be used for your museum or anything else you need.

The kitchen

Dining room

Family room with a haunted fish tank complete with shipwrecks.

The study to handle your business or make plans to take over the world.

View of the pool with a mirrored wall reflecting the gazebo.

Another view of the hot tub, pool and sauna

Hope you enjoy it. :)

Wow! This is just stunning! I'll be downloading it next time I'm in game for sure. I love the haunted fish tank and the mirrors in the pool... ooo and the kitchen! I'm really curious about the fishing hole you can swim in too.

Really nice work! I am currently playing two small households that I'd like to merge into one and this would fit them perfectly. Room for entertaining lots of sims without them bumping into each other, too. It's downloaded and installed now. I'll move them and their 50 perfect plants in tomorrow.

Thank you all for the kind words. I think I enjoyed doing this house as much this time as I did the first time in The Sims 3.
I used this lot to do a lot of testing with moveobjects and different things. Like making the fishing spot you can also swim in.
I like you can place a fishing sign anywhere and a sim can click on it and fish from it even if there is no water there, they'll just pull fish out of the ground some how. Now that a talented fisherman. :)

I never would have thought about the pool mirrors or haunted fish tank!
