I know, it's very expensive but it was made for very rich Sims. The small bed- and bathroom on the second floor was designed for a buttler.
If the need arrives, in the basement are coffins for the Undead to sleep in.

Thank you. Of course after download you can always mess around with the house. The idea of the Nectarine is great though ... maybe I'll do it too.  ::)
