I was very excited about this world but now I'm not as excited. I just read the thread and it seems that this world can only be purchased with a simpoint bundle. We won't be able to gift it. That's too bad as I had plans for gifting it. It would have been perfect as Christmas gifts. I really hope they change their mind and make this possible. :(

This looks lovely, i'm not surprised they put a Veronaville family in as it has that feel to it. I was just looking at the Monty family tree on sims wiki trying to work out who the kids were. I'm assuming it's Patrizio and Isabella for the adults so the girl in glasses must be Bianca Monty and then Antonio for the toddler with Claudio not born yet.

I thought Sunlit Tides looked gorgeous but I didn't buy it, this one though might just tempt me, it's far more my style than a tropical place.

I've been anxiously waiting for this ever since they first showed it, so it's good to hear it's going to be released in just two weeks! They are really churning out some incredible store worlds! Lunar Lakes wasn't my thing, but with Lucky Palms, Sunlit Tides and now this, they just keep getting better and better.

The photos are gorgeous, especially the first one in the set of eight that was posted above. Can't wait to see what it looks like in the broadcast.

Oh, this look lovely indeed. And it really reminds me of France. I mean France that came with World Adventures. Building structure, landscape, the farming.
I like it. And I see what EA meant with a rich culture, since the buildings surrounded by a wall basically look like they where standing there since the medieval period.

This world looks absolutely stunning, the prettiest since Hidden Springs in my opinion. I can't wait to get it :)

Looks like the Colosseum will be the stadium from that picture but it also seems you can walk into the middle too, be nice if the middle can be used for something as well, show venue maybe, I hope it's easy to intergrate other ep's without changing the feel of this place too much, just can't see a late night or showtime building fitting in.

True story. Maybe they'll make venues that match the look. If not, I'm sure our building community here can make us some things!

Wow, what a terrific world! I love roman and greek history and this just fits right in :)

Not sure about the whole No-SimPoints purchase but the world looks great! :D

If I understand it correctly, you can't use simpoints to buy it instore.
You can
a. buy Monte Vista together with a simbundle (two options, like you said)
b. buy Monte Vista as a code in a box from a regular games store.

Anyway, I love it and I can't wait to discover everything in it! :D
Problem? Don't panic! There is always a solution. You just have to find it  :D

If you do buy the $20 bundle you pay $20 (duh!) but for regular worlds you usually have to pay $24.50. This world will be cheaper than the other worlds.

I am truly excited for this world. It looks amazing.
