Final Retreat, an elders house -kiko94-

now I finished building my elders house, I got nothing specific to say about it, the pictures will describe everything ;)
all I ask for is comment if you like it :) a think you will do it 
Details:
-Lot Size: 30x20 so it should fit every where
-Price: around 73,000 furnished, No idea how much unfurnished
-This was build for elders, so it has what fills their needs + the following activities : fishing pond, garden, easel, chess table,fireplace, bookshelf, computer for writing and enough walls for putting paintings,
-This needs all EP's, but no SP: WA,AMB,LN,GEN

I'll definitely add to the chorus of praise - this is a lovely house, kiko!  You really have a talent for traditional architecture and decorating.  The landscaping is beautiful, too.  Awesome job!

Thank goodness for having African builders here! Now we can place more Nigeria styled houses in our simworlds.
Nice to have something else aside from my normal American/European style.

I really  loved this house, and how it is for the elders.  How nice of you to think to make a special home for them.  I have to put my favorite elders in this relaxing dream come true home ...
