Upgrading the solar panel and windmill?

Where are these items found (in buy mode)?
Or do I need to download anything?

I'm attempting to get 100% of unique upgrades (or 100% for me, only have WA and Ambitions)
and these are the last 2 left (also need the teleportation pad, but that's a life points issue).

The only windmill I can find is the farm windmill, and that's only a cosmetic thing.

Edit: I've found the two items in question (the Day Star 3000 and the Legendary Wind Raker) but I can't find them.

They come from an Eco pack from the store I believe.

I've download the pack from the store (both the Renault and the Toyota pack).

I can't find them, where are they based? (in buy mode).
I can see by that post you've given that it doesn't matter too much, but I'd like to upgrade them for completeness (my OCD there).

Edit: never mind, found them - decor then misc decor, for any one interested.
