Small lot size but still want a pool? No problem. This apartment has a large pool and BBQ area, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and spacious living areas. It's modern and comfortable and easy to adapt to your own needs. Suits sims who like swimming and the colour blue!

I originally made it for the minimalistic modern building contest but didn't think it was minimilistic enough, I do like it a lot though and it's pretty unique.

But the BBQ area is abit cramped since its just put down in the corner, so maybe it couldve had a spot on the roof.

Then the sims could enjoy the surroundings while eating !

Yeah I agree, I made it before I had expansion packs and now I have the spiral staircase I may replace the lower one with a spiral and then continue it up onto the roof.

I think you did a super great job . That is a difficult building for a new builder. You should be very proud of yourself. Plus you did it all with the Base Game. Bravo. I love your pool. It's awesome !
