Rar And Zip files

I have no clue how to get them to work. I have a program called Jzip but I hit extract and it does nothing to the files.

Hmm, I have never used Jzip before, but you can try using Winrar instead. Winrar can respectively compile and extract files to .zip and .rar and vice versa. It is also rather user friendly and simple to execute.
