Unicorn adoption information incorrect

Hi - the information about how to adopt a unicorn on this page is incorrect:

It states that in order to adopt a unicorn the sim must have three bffs of three different species. My sim had this and could not adopt a unicorn. After using a cheat to set hidden skill animal friendship to 6 she was able to adopt the unicorn with no problems.

Also, the wild horse herd, including the unicorn, came by my lot quite frequently in my current game, even though none of my horses had Friend of the Herd. I was able to adopt the unicorn without having to go looking for it!

Welcome to our Forum, Alliecat.

It's possible that your game was glitched, not necessarily that the information in the Guide is wrong.  Have you tested this more than the one time it happened?
