Is there any cheat to assign family members?

I have a Sim (Agnes) in Sunset Valley, the relationship panel doesn't say Cornelia is her sister. I was wondering if there is a way to correct it?

I am unaware of any cheat command that will do it, but the NRass Master Controller cheats module  (see the Game Modifications forum for more information and a link) has a function to edit family relationships.
