Weird marks for children in accessories?

Hey everybody.

When I play the sims 3, there are these weird marks for children when I am changing their outfit. It almost looks like a burn, or a scar. Any help?

It might be some problematic CC. Any screenshots to illustrate your problem?

EDIT: Or they're just the vampire marks, like Rica said. Kind of forgot that they're unlocked for all ages now since patch 1.38.
