I can't see anything!!!

I have the sims 3, showtime, generations, world adventures and late night. It has never given me any issues in the past but then the other day it crashed on me and I went back into it and I couldn't see much. The ground and floor had these odd shapes and I could only see from the knees up of my sims. So I uninstalled it and re-installed it and its still doing the same thing. Please help?

Hi courtney8789 and welcome to our Forum.

In order to help you, we'll have to ask quite a few questions.  My first question is whether you are running mods or third party custom content.  And what town are you playing in?  I don't recognize it in the pictures.  When we get your answers, we'll see what we can figure out.

If you don't have any CC installed, looks like it might be a graphics card issue.  If you do have CC installed, that could be what the problem is.
