Edit relationships

If you're playing a game & go to edit town then add a copy of sims & edit them so they look different & have diff names etc, can you edit their relationship to each other. I want to make into a family. So a mum, dad & 2 sons.

Do you mean add them to the household you're already playing or add them to another household?

I made another household up & added a copy of them to my main game. I've put them in their own house. But I want them to be related to each other. But they're not, so can I edit the relationships of one house & make them related rather than friends.

I can't remember if you can do that when using Edit Town but I know if you start a new game and used those Sims you could do that before you place them.  Then just save the household to the Sim bin while in Edit Town and then you can place them in the other game.
