Lot Types & Placing Community Lots Section

The latest building contest has lead me to research how to edit the base camp on a World Adventures world.   

The Guide Editing Your Town and Lot Types, under the 'The Sims 3 World Adventure Location Lots' section says (in not these words) that it is impossible to edit the base camp/create a new one.

This isn't true.  To edit the basecamp, first enter the cheat TestingCheatsEnabled True and then EnableLotLocking On - as shown in your guide here (the Cheats page) and in this thread.

I just thought I'd mention this as I know you like to keep your Guide accurate and up-to-date.
