Sims Work - Astronaut

Hello. my sims is an astronaut and normally he must work from 7 pm to 1 am but he working from 7 pm to 12 am. Why is this happening?

Exactly what happens?  Does you Sim just leave work an hour early?  Do you get any messages?

Also, I'm moving this to the Miscellaneous Help board.

Yes he leaves work and when I click on career panel it shows that work starts in six days.
